I'm still learning a lot from these pencil reviews! Also I love how you introduced class rankings that compares the classification and that will definitely help me and hopefully others as well. Keep up the great work :D
Your show is amazing and knowledge is impressive. Why this show should isn't number one on UA-cam is beyond me. Can you do the Derwent Drawing pencils next please thanks 😊
That’s a great review again! I didn’t know the W&N colored pencils were this nice. Like you, I always thought they had a really attractive, minimalist design… and I would be lying if I said these things don’t matter… 😹 That being said, it’s funny that over time my personal “rankings” of colored pencils are starting to match your own, particularly with the Polychromos that I’ve been growing so fond of! They might be the best all-rounder for artists… 🙀 Keep up with the reviews Sunshine! Those have been great fun, I haven’t missed one yet!
Thankyou! It’s one of those things isn’t it, when your using a pencil every day you want something that makes you happy to look at as well as work well 😊. Well they are still my go to, but I’m keeping myself open! I have a pile of other pencils here to review so I guess we’ll see how they go!💜
@@StuffBySunshine I’m excited about the pile of other pencils… more fun reviews coming! About the Polychromos, I am absolutely loving them because: they’re lightfast (with stars ratings on each pencil even), highly pigmented, the 120 color palette is very balanced, they’re available open stock and are reasonably priced. And they’re the only pencils I own with a firm core, which has been great since I’ve been enjoying working with more of a “layering” technique lately! 😺
Winsor and Newton makes pencils? Who knew! They look pretty awesome and just checked very cheap in comparison to the prismacolor. Going to have to pick myself up a set. Keep up the great videos!
Hello, brilliant artist, I am Hanan Saif from Saudi Arabia. I am happy to follow your beautiful channel. I hope that we will soon see a review of the Bruynzeel Expression Color 72 pens. I bought them a while ago and loved them very much. I would like to see them on your channel, so that people who love drawing will know about them. Thank you for your generosity. 🌷☺️👍🏻
Unopened with that plastic & cardboard it's very unappealing, but with the lid closed it's very nice & understated. It seems like they went minimal waste for the plastic & cardboard which I do appreciate. Just the arrival would be underwhelming. I buy one new set of pencils every quarter -- these are on the list to try next quarter. I appreciate these reviews so much -- there are a couple sets that have been on my pick-up list and I've been content to push them further back down based on your tests and demonstrations. Thank you muchly!
It was a bit of a surprise! I brought these a few months ago and in that time they have replaced the plastic with cardboard (recycled). I guess they realised how cheap and wasteful the plastic looked. I’m so glad! They were actually quite an excellent pencil and one thing I didn’t talk about pretty cheap. I’ve got a ton more pencils coming out over the next few months so there may be more there to tempt your pencil purchases 😂☺️💜
@@StuffBySunshine Looking forward to them -- Amazon reviews can be so hit or miss -- seeing you run them thru these trials and being able to see them in action is far more helpful.
is it just me but like three turns in a pencil sharpener and half the pencil is gone? Was just so werid. I love these pencils i use a derwent sharpener and literally three or four turns and half the pencil was gone.
This grading scale is whacked. My Schpirrer Farbens blow those NASTY unblendable Lyras out of the water. Koh-I-Noors have more wax bloom than a garden in Martha's Vineyard in July, and where are Caran D'Aches even on your list???? The world has gone mad........
Sadly I haven't tested the Schpirrer Farbens or the Caran D'Aches yet. I buy all my own pencils and so I can only buy a few at a time because their $$$, but I've had a few people speak highly of the Caran D'Aches. I'll have to put them on my list :)
You showed up on my page and I'm happy i found your channel This pencil set looks great!
Glad you found me and happy you’re enjoying them! ☺️💜

Thanks faery! Im glad you liked that, I thought it may be a little fairer for the cheap pencils in comparison to the expensive ones ☺️💜
@@StuffBySunshine That's pretty smort! 10/10

Thankyou! I’m trying ☺️. Sure! I have the Derwent ProColor coming up but will add them to the list 💜
You are very underrated, i will try to share your videos with my friends and family, amazing video.
Thankyou! I appreciate that ☺️💜

Yes they do 😂 pretty good ones at that!
Glad you liked and enjoy your new pencils💜

Hello Hanan Saif from Saudi Arabia! I’ve considered reviewing color pens at some stage. If I do! I’ll check them out ☺️

@@StuffBySunshine but they are hopeless... sorry
@@emka3942 Im filming that episode now, i'll let you know!
You deserve more views!
Feel free to tell your friends!😂💜
hi I would be interested in how lightfast the pencils are.
I have considered adding lightfast to the test, but not even sure how I’d test it 🤷♀️. I’ll do some research and see what I can come up with ☺️

By the point I’ve filmed that shot I’ve usually done everything else so yeah the pencils start getting a bit used up 🤣.
You are amazingly enthusiastic about colored pencils. It is refreshing ... and looks a bit odd !
😂 well if your going to do something you should do it 100%!
Pls make a video about Doms supersoft 24 shades color pencils
I’ll add it to the list! ☺️💜
@@StuffBySunshine thanks a lot
Supermodel.
The most detailed video I've ever seen on UA-cam!! Damn your channel is too much underrated 🥲
Thankyou! I try ☺️💜
I have NO INTEREST in any set with less than 120 pencils. Mixing colors uses them up more.
Oh heck 120 set of everything would be amazing!
Sounds major ...
