I just finished highschool today and this notification pops up: I'm so glad this wonderful voice can sum up my feelings about the past and future. You have a beautiful voice.
I am guilty of dancing in my front of my computer screen. My fiancé saw me dancing and just watched me. I never knew she was there until after your video! She said, "what were you doing??" I said, "It was Tim Tuesday." She smiled.
Ah, the memories! When I was a small child, my father would put me in his lap, then place his ukulele in mine. He'd finger the chords, and I would strum as we sang Bye Bye Blues.
NOBODY does the Suntones better than you Tim! Thanks for bringing such fond and beautiful memories back whenever you do one of their tunes sir! THANKS!
So not satisfied with blowing our collective minds with Vocal Spectrum with a modern take on this classic, you wanted to add to our joy by singing the Tones' version? Well I'm not complaining... I'm delighted this perfection is available for free enjoyment on UA-cam. Thank you Tim!!! ❤❤❤
My quartet competed with this song in 1996! It didn't score well for contest, but it sure was fun to sing. And this is the exact same version, note for note!
Tim, you make a classic song brand new! This one has never sounded so good. And your dreamy tenor on the last “Bye bye”… can’t be any better! Nice to hear an old song done to perfection… Bravo!! Bravo
Fantastic bass singing Tim! Really excited to hear about Vocal Spectrum coming to the BABS convention next year! This years was incredible and im sure it will be next year too!
Amazing arrangement and execution❤. @Tim been a fan of yours for a very long time. I believe I first heard you on an episode of the Texas A&M Barbershop Harmony Time podcast where they played a few of your arrangements - Have a Little Talk with Myself among others. I have cried just twice in my life listening to music. The first time was hearing Maria Callas sing Ave Maria, and the second was hearing you sing Among my Souvenirs. I played this podcast episode on repeat for months. In the years since I have never been able to find your version of Among my Souvenirs - on your Spotify, UA-cam, on any of your albums - and the podcast no longer seems to list its episodes online that far back. Is there anywhere in the world that I can obtain this, or have you made a version more recently? It has lived rent free in my head for a decade. Long shot to ask here but giving it a try! Thanks so, so much for sharing your gift with us all these years.🤜🏽🤛🏽
Thanks so much for the very kind words!! I really appreciate that. I actually sell my full mix of Among My Souvenirs at timtracks.com. You can get it there!! I hope that helps. Thanks again for the very kind words!!
Hey Tim. I’m starting a barbershop quartet, but I’m trying to figure out how to get our lead to support his vocals more, and how to bring out the tenors falsetto notes; for them to not be shallow. Any suggestions?

absolutely overjoyed that this is the full song, the Suntones are amazing and combined with Tim even more amazing!
Oh my lordie not only was the floaty mix of the tenor on that final chord amazing, the undertones were insane! Amazing work as always!

素敵すぎる…!!
Bye, bye blues! Tim Tags Tuesday's here!
My quartet competed with this song in 1996! It didn't score well for contest, but it sure was fun to sing. And this is the exact same version, note for note!
Watching this for the first time, if it's anything as good as Platinum's version I'll be so happy
I am happy
Some of Platinum's version was inspired by this older version. I sang this version when I was a kid so I have an attachment to it.
Now that’s classic barbershop I love it
Cya Tim.
My favourite song and favourite singer. This was wonderful and made my day, thank you Tim. 🙏❤
Wow that totally makes my day. Thank you so much!!
I loved the vocal spectrum version. But I adore this ! Another banger. :)
I found myself bobbin’ my head and smiling! Thanks again and I agree, bye-bye, blues! 👋🏻
One of the very first Quartets I heard. My parents came home with 2 albums and I've played them thousands of times. Great job!!!!

Nice to hear an old song done to perfection…
Bravo!!
Bravo
Thanks so much, my friend!! I really appreciate that!
My dad's quartet used to do this song, and I have always liked it. It's even more fun to sing it! Thanks, Tim!
Truly, truly. I love this. Yet another one of Tim's songs I'm adding to my playlist.
Thank you!!
This was my favorite song and arrangement from the 1957 album.
This dropped on my birthday, thanks Tim!
Oh my goodness the memories!!!
Excellent. This brought back so many great barbershop memories. Back when barbershop quartets focused on musical quality instead of musical comedy.
one of my absolute favourite arrangements! thanks so much for covering this Tim! :D
I first heard about you cornbread, and I was thrilled. You are so damn good. Respect.👍
That penultimate seventh hit hard! 💪
I have always loved this song. Awesome when executed flawlessly. Great job Tim. I can't imagine bell chords being easy when laying down multi-tracks.
Hi Tim,
I really appreciate coming to Japan!
I was speechless listening to your voice in the concert.
You're the best, you're my ideal🔥
Fantastic bass singing Tim! Really excited to hear about Vocal Spectrum coming to the BABS convention next year! This years was incredible and im sure it will be next year too!
Thank you!! I'm really looking forward to it!
What mic does he use?
Love those bell chords, Tim! Love you too!!! Great job, as usual!
That seems like a difficult arrangement. But, of course, no problem for you! Amazing!
Excellent
Great video as always.
Great tag
Knew it was just a matter of time until you’d make this tag :)
Heyyy! The Quartet Main street sang this in their old songs medley😅ik the bye bye byeee sounded familiar
My two year old doesn’t say much, but he often says “bye blues!”
Another BEAUTIFUL tag Tim!! ❤
Sounds guud!
Oohhhh this is a good one. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Great job!
I am first!!!! such amazing post as always tim!!! now i'm hoping for "oh love that will not let me go" lol
I definitely will be doing that one!
Loving these classic tags
holy moly
Oustanding as always!
Are you singing in Just intonation?! That buzzing and resonance...
Wow! I was just taking a quick break from "Cuphead" and I stumbled upon this video! Great job! 😊
Wow! Great rendition of the Suntones’ classic arrangement, but it took four of them to sing it!
Fun note- in the late 1960s the Suntones stayed with my family in Ottawa, when they came here for a show.
Fun arrangement! Nicely done!!!
Great job, and very neat arrangement
Amazing arrangement and execution❤.

Awwwww! I thought you were going to to the Vocal Spectrum version.
When we sing this song my quartet and I wear our straw hats
Hey time can yoy please do a full dover of a cottage for sale. Much love ❤️
Did Main Street take inspiration from this song for their Pop Song Medley or does it just sound similar?
Yes they did!! Great catch!
Hey Tim. I’m starting a barbershop quartet, but I’m trying to figure out how to get our lead to support his vocals more, and how to bring out the tenors falsetto notes; for them to not be shallow. Any suggestions?
This sounds so good! I assume you use a tuning software? Do you have to manually tune for just intonation? How do you do that?
How can you keep thos and VS' arrangements separate in your head?
Not first but kinda close
my parent were best friends with the suntones eddy Jensen
Someone surely must have concocted barbershop steroids because this just ain’t natural. Holy cow!
