I dunno. As much as I dislike her, that's fairly normal when you're in a couple. You do mirror each other, especially when one partner has a stronger personality than the other.

The issue they had, is that it was all take, take, take.

This interview is so painful on so many levels. Can we talk about how she is not fully invested in the interview and pinning her 'me too' pin on her shirt. Heard wanted him to ask her about her pin so she could open up that door to that conversation. She lacked eye contact pretty much the entire interview, she was slouching and disengaged, and the answers to her questions were UNRESPONSIVE! lol After watching the whole trial, this is a person who has many issues.

And the comment above - I respect Johnny's honesty on it. He doesn't deny or hide his drug use, he owns up to it. The thing is, they are making a lot of this case on Amber's side about his drug use. I'm sure it was out of control at times with him, but just because someone did drugs, doesn't mean that they are an abuser.
I think she tried to go thar route in hopes of "well, if I can make it about him abusing me while on drugs, maybe I can make it sound like he doesn't remember abusing me because he was high/drunk"
Problem is, the EXTREME lack of evidence that she was abused.
The piles and piles of evidence that she edited photos (2 identical photos of submitted in court and one of them has obviously been edited with extra saturation. She denied doing anything to that picture when its obvious she did), and she PROBABLY used a bruise kit to make some of those marks, added saturation to previously mentioned picture to make her face appear more red, also the fact that some of her "injuries" mirror the after effects of botox injections.
She's mentioned that she has scars on her nose from Johnny-shes had a lip lift and rhinoplasty..those can cause slight scars as well so the possibility of her using procedure scars or spots from possible botox treatments and blaming it on him hitting or hurting her.. she's so crazy, I don't doubt that possibility for one second.

Also, Mera still has a lot of the patriarchal tropes that people are tired of seeing. The whole "Mera is such a powerful female character!" feels more like a marketing strategy than something that accurately describes her. It feels like there was very little effort made to make her a character that was truly free of patriarchal standards, and represented as being as valuable and respectable as her male counterparts.
Yea cause Black Widow doesn't come across as a strong woman at all, nor does the Scarlett Witch, or Wonder Woman come across at all as independent strong woman, your Mira, the character most people don't even remember the name of is the 'strong feminine archetype', as she waits pretty much on Aquaman to save her, and 'come into his own' with her guidance.
Scarlett Johansson's Natasha Romanoff(Black Widow), or in the DC universe her character is in, Wonder Woman do not show even an once of any kind of independence or strength at all right.
She is so clueless, and yet 'she got this role by auditioning', right.... did she read a comic book or two, and part of the script to get that role. No she was given it a because the studio thought a young starlett whose name was already attached to Johnny Depp, a 'mega-' star would help give there publicity a boost.

The harshness wasn't there when she first had them, but its possible that she lost a lot of weight, so the slope between the implant and her natural cheek is...not a slope anymore lol. A bit of weight gain, fat transfer, or even just some filler could make it less harsh.
Um.. not a fan of hers but my cheeks are pretty identical to hers (and general shape of face) and they're not implants. And the less I weigh, the more prominent they get. Same with some family.

That's not really something that happens naturally. Cosmetic surgery in Hollywood is almost unavoidable once you've entered showbiz. Just about everyone has had facelifts and filler and nose jobs.
I highly recommend checking out Lorry Hill's channel. She is somewhat of a cosmetic surgery aficionado, and she analyses celebrity faces over time, and estimates what surgeries they may have had. It really lifts the veil of secrecy Hollywood tries to keep on when it comes to plastic surgery, and can do wonders for the self esteem to realize that no one has that perfect, camera ready face without work.

Most female superheroes are quite complex, or they wouldn't be popular enough to be in films. Give comic book readers some credit. There's no need to trash other characters to promote your own, especially since Mera actually has no personality. She was originally written with a dark storyline, but the studios went against it at the last minute so she just became a one-dimensional stereotypical love interest.

She literally said, in one breath about the comic book world, that she was ignorant to it, that she was familiar with it, but admittedly not familiar with it. 🤔 I’m paraphrasing but….🤷🏻♀️ She’s quite possibly the worst liar I’ve ever witnessed trying to sell a lie. Complete loon.
So- what? Miss marvel, Wanda, Wonder Woman, cat woman, black widow- and all the others that came before her- were not a representation of women in superheroes? Last I checked there were so many that were way more ground breaking that cake before mera. Also- can we talk about what the hell she’s on?

Shamefull!!! Coming to that interview high as s kite!!! Dealing with that pin for so long, saying hello and talking with her head down. Also talks with no sense. Head dropping like it had no bones. One of the biggest thing I've noted since watching her give her testimony on the stand and then watching her interviews is her facial expressions....alot have pointed out her facial expressions on the stand look forced and unnatural but bc I never saw her talk outside movie roles I wondered, is this just the way she talks with those weird crinkled facial expressions? I wanted to be as unbiased as possible while coming to the conclusion between who was being truthful JD or Heard. And to see all her interviews with not one awkward wrinkled up facial expression it's very clear it was poor acting. I'm so glad Johnny has his justice and life back. As a domestic abuse survivor from the hands of my ex husband, nothing this woman says or does rings true to me and acts nothing like a true DV and SA survivor. Imo
