Not sure exactly what you need but Multisim has a digital clock source, a pulse voltage source and also a piece-wise linear source that would allow you to make a unique waveform.
My peaks aren't at the Vpk value i give the source. Can you explain why? Want it to be 5Vpk, but the graph comes up with peaks at 2.2597v (Ymax on voltage). You seem to be able to use a 1Vpk source, and your graph just does it at 1 and -1.
The frequency is 1 kHz. The period is the reciprocal of that, or 1 millisecond. Frequency is the number of cycles in one second while the period is the number of seconds per cycle (typically a fraction of a second).

Oh never mind, my ground wasn't actually connected to the circuit. I attached it and now the peaks are at 5v and -5v

How did you get these red digits on the circuit?
Go to Preferences and select Show All Net (Node) Names.
