난 개인적으로 비정상회담프로의 아이디어가 너무 좋은듯하다 우리 주변에 외국인들은 많지만 외국 문화를 묻기에는 시간이 부족해서 외국 문화를 몰랐는데 이 프로로 통해 각 나라의 문화나 생각에 대해 잘알게되는 계기가 되었다
요즘타일러 사자성어도 안하고 어려운말 안쓰고 누가 이렇게 만든거야 ㅠ 사자성어썼을때 더 괜찮았는데
살암들이 어려운말쓴다거 뭐라해서 그때부터 안쓰는것같던데... 사자성어섞을때가 더 나았던것 같음

경제쪽은 아이비급이 아니라 전세계 최고 입니다. 노벨 경제학상을 가장 많이 배출해서 미국내에서도 시카고대 비시카고로 나뉠정도예요.

P illow ivy 동부 8개 대학이죠 하버드 예일 프린스턴 콜롬비아 다트머스 유펜 코넬 브라운 보통 뉴아이비라고 불리는 곳들이 시카고 존홉 듀크 라이스 노스웨스턴 와슈 밴더빌트 노트르담 에모리 조지타운이고 서부의 스탠포드 버클리 그리고 공대인 mit caltech 까지 합해서 보통 상위 20위권 대학들 순위가 왔다갔다하죠. 시카고는 현재 학부로 공동 3위일꺼에요.

한국3년 인데 네이티브랑 대화 가능에 오히려 네이티브들 보다 사자성어 더 많이 알고 심지어 일부러 한국어 늘고싶어서 영어과외도 안했다던데 유식한거맞지.....

University of Chicago has always been in top 10 college in the US for years. And consistently at #5 for the last few years. Wow didn't know Tyler went to a prestigious college both in the US and S Korea 👏👏👏 i wonder what his major is?
i'm not sure if i'm remembering this right, but i believe he got a B.S. in International Studies from University of Chicago and a Master's in International Relations from SNU (i think he graduated in late 2016??)

시카고 대학은 한국인에게는 잘 안알려져 있지만 2013년 acceptance rate로 9번째 높은 대학임. 스텐포드, 하버드, 콜롬비아, 예일, 프린스턴, 미해군사관학교, 코퍼 유니언, 매사추세츠 공과대학 다음이 시카고 대학임... 어느 정도로 수준 높은 대학인지 아시겠죠?
하지만 서울대 입학할 학생이 위에 언급한 대학에 합격할 확률이 시카고대 입학한 학생이 서울대에 입학할 확률보다 높다는거...
서울대는 시험 점수로만 뽑기에 시험점수 외에도 다른 걸 보는 미국 명문대 입학보다 힘들다는거...

This is honestly the funniest Abnormal Summit episode. I watched the first 65 episodes and not one of them made laugh as much as this one.
UChicago is one of the best schools in the US now, but it's reputation isn't as popular as, say, the Ivy League. But glad to see Tyler didn't make a fuss about it. I haven't seen a lot of Abnormal Summit episodes yet, but he seems like a pretty cool guy.

Tsk, tsk...U of Chicago is a really good one, regardless what these guys must be thinking... and certainly not something to laugh it over or make fun out of... Just because it's not well recognized outside the academic circle, it is to be dismissed as non- prestigious school and treated as such. Each one of my three kids are currently pursuing their studies at the schools of various prestige, and I know well enough how response differs about my kids' achievements once people find out about their schools... and I am not to make anything less of how hard each of them work to get where they are at this point in their lives. My oldest girl is an US Air Force veteran and was a Medical technologist at the Cyto-Genetics lab before she decided to quit, and pursue her study in Architecture. Second child graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell U with dual degrees, and is now about to start her second year in doctorate at the Cornell Vet School. While my third child, the only son and a Broadcasting major, is just happy attending small community college about five minutes drive from home, teaching Karate after school, while working as a web castor for the online DotA game... So you see, people ask me all the time why and how my husband and I didn't press our children to choose certain school or career path, etc, especially knowing how smart they all are and how much more they could have done... Nope, we talked... or rather, I talked and they listened and we collectively made decision that each of us could live with and be happy with, and as you can probably guess that my kids are extremely happy with their choices, and my husband and I couldn't be any happier for our kids and very glad that we were able to let this happened for them...
i dont think anyone's is laughing at U of Chicago.. especially not in Korea.
Well.. basically i'm korean, and to illustrate some facts, after a book (named Read&Lead) which demonstrates how University of Chicago became the greatest university not only in US but also among every univ. in the world was published, lots of Korean knew the fact. Also, nobody in this program is making fun of University of Chicago. Only one man with a hat don't know the fact. But in the Korean's perspective, this is just because of his character.. he is regarded as little bit ignorant man in most of entertainment program.. but it's doubtless that he is not making fun of University of Chicago. Personally, i really want to have a reading and discussion program there.. what i knew it is famous for

나는 초등학교 2학년때 부터 11년간 영어를 배웠는데도 외국인한테 길 가르쳐 주는것도 버벅버벅한다. 이 사람들은 비주류인 한국어를 도대체 언제부터, 무슨 방법으로 공부했길래 이렇게, 이렇게!!!!!!!!! 한국말을 잘하는거임!!!!!!!! 심지어 나보다 한국말 잘하는듯. 이쯤되면 내가 바보인걸수도.
사실 언어는 그 나라에 가야 제일 잘배우는것 같아요. 한국에서 한국사람들로 둘러싸옇는데 어떻게 영어가 자연스럽게 잘하나요?, 저기 나오는 외국인분들이 노력하신것도 맞지만 한국에서 살기때문에 한국어를 더 잘하시는걸꺼에요ㅋㅋ
한국학교나 학원에서 배우는 영어는 회화보다는 문법을 위주로 하니까 그런듯해요..
Lee susu 이프로에서 타일런가 그랬는대 우리는 영어를 쓰기위해 공부하는게 아니라 점수를 받기위해 공부하는거라 오히려 영어 실력이 그자리인거라 그랬어요.
일제식영어로 배워서 그래요 일제강점기 이전에
우리나라 학교에서 가르치던 영어만 배웠어도
가벼운 회화는 쉽게 되었다고 함
어릴때 리스닝을 중심으로 해놓는게 좋다고 생각해요. 뉴스나 미드같은 거 보거나....덧붙여서 나이가 들면 들수록 귀가 잘 안 들리거든요. 제가 20대 초중반 넘어가면서 청력이 약간 떨어지더라고요....

좀 샘좀 말좀 적게 해야되지않나.. 그리고 에네스도 너무 말많음.. 일본은 바깥자리에 있고 나머지 멤버들은 말없고... 좀 토론 수준이 떨어지게 하지말고 일본이나 미국을 앞자리로 끌어 올려야됨. 어차피 샘이나, 에네스는 끝자리에 있어도 잘 치고들어옴. 한국사람이 제일 궁금해 할 나라들은 결국 일본,중국,미국, 같은 나라들 아님??호주에 정말 어마어마하게 많은 한국인들이 워홀로있고 중국이나,미국 일본에 수많은 유학생들이 있음. 유학정보나 관광정보도 제공하고 좋을텐데 안타까움. 정작 듣고싶은 독일, 프랑스, 일본, 미국은 말없고 한국과 교류도 적은 벨기에,가나,터키만 말많음
솔직히 타쿠야는 나이도 어려서 그런지(92년생) 20후반~30초반이 대다수인 비정상회담에서 경험부족으로 화젯거리 자체가 부족인 것 같던데요. 뭐 그렇게 따지면 제일 어린 21살 호주 다니엘은 뭐냐하실지 모르겠지만 아이돌로 쭉 합숙생활과 소속사 보호 아래 있던 타쿠야와 15살때 가출해서 학교도 안 나가고 여러 알바를 하며 사회를 경험했던 다니엘의 경험차이는 클 수 밖에 없잖아요. 그런데 개인적으로도 타쿠야는 자리 좀 앞으로 옮겨줬으면 좋겠네요. 확실히 끝에가 사람 말문을 막히게 만드는 것 같아요. 그런 의미에서 끝에 앉아서도 말 많이 하는 에네스는 정말 대단b
일본 남자들은 원래 말이 없는 편인 것 같아요. 자기 주장하는 것에 굉장히 조심스러워하죠.
