Where do we get the old commandment....in the Bible.. Prov.3.9 part of old commandment s ... Honour the Lord with thy substance and with the FIRST Fruits of all thine increase.. Deuteronomy 28 is another segment of the old testament. Whom do we hold onto or believe God or people saying that first fruit is not biblical. Some are still saying that it wrong to pay 10percent we tithes. Are will people be connected to a particular assembly if tithes or special offerings such as FIRST FRUTS that come up once a year is under criticism. Many collected in church es are used for various work in the church es, Evangelism, old people home, widow s and fatherless, motherless, allowances for full time Gospel workers. Our Lord Jesus worked with money during his earthly ministry. Woman donated to run his ministry, men contributed. I we should read more of the scripture where Jesus paid tax where Judas was treasurer. We should not condemn preaching who are operating according to the word of God.
