My suggestion would be to presoak the seeds for 24 hours before sowing, you'd see growth in just 5-7 days. Best wishes from me all the way from India 🇮🇳
Hi 👋 I really like your channel its direct, rich and simple. would you please tell me how many times I can cut Faba Bean plant to feed livestock and still can get seed?
Thank you, that's very kind. I know that you can encourage it to grow more beans by harvesting from the bottom upwards over time. I'm not sure about cutting it though. What have you tried before?? X
@@AThornyPot I was growing Cowpeas just because I love the plant!!! Now I want to grow it as food and fodder,I'm a hobby farmer who wants to get into professional farming.
Directly will work too, so long as something doesn't come and dig it up first. Soaking the beans shouldn't cause any issues too. Good luck, keep us updated 👍
Thanks! I have been planting broad beans for many years, and in quite large quantities. So I may gained some experience 😁 . blackflies were common most of the time around harvest time. so u may encounter it this year
That was awesome. Watching from down under 😊
Thank you 🧡

Hello sir can you do a video on what to do in July
You've read my mind friend, I'm already working on it ❤️
@@AThornyPot oh that's great and thank you sir
That's up now, sorry that it's a little later than normal: ua-cam.com/video/mkLzE7zzA08/v-deo.html
@@AThornyPot thank you sir
I am growing them today, but directly, not in containers and then transplanting. I put them in water for some hours before planting, maybe wrong😆

Thanks ! A video on how to deal with black flies of broad beans will be good also.
I like your content👍
Thank you, I'm hope you find them useful. I'm growing broad beans again this year and, if they suffer from blackfly, I'll create a pest video 👍
