I'm currently in a spaghetti/taco rotation - spaghetti 4 days then tacos 4, lol! I'm looking forward to getting back to cooking something different, and baking this fall. I didn't do much last year after my dad passed, but I think I'm ready to get back to making pumpkin bread and pumpkin bars!
