Hey dude, so sorry for the late response - been on holiday! A really good website for checking the rarities, where you can find them etc... is Capsule Corp Gear - capsulecorpgear.com/naruto-kayou-card-list/
In terms of pricing, it's a little more open unfortunately. Each country seems to have different pricing structures, eBay sold listings is a potential option. If you look at the single card sales too on Ali Express, that can give you an idea of which ones are higher but there is a general pricing structure too for certain rarities, where are you actually based?
