Nope, you can’t pull PR from any box. They all come as promo events in China so outside we can only get them from resellers but most shops on Ali Express sell them but a few are actually expensive
No SE’s but there are Tamari and Naruto with Kurama CR’s available as well as 4 BP’s exclusive to the set as well of Tobirama, Tsunade, Minato and Hokage Naruto but hard to pull obviously - it’s almost best to try and buy those singularly given the cost of the box and pull rates - you’re guaranteed though to pull 2 of the 4 exclusive SP cards in the set
