As per questions here are the answers:
1: yes I’m
2: Do DSA as well as you’ll need to clear assessment test/ tech rounds
For interview clear your basics of subject like OS, CN, then sql any language and dsa related to the same. DSA usually they don’t ask for front end role for back end they ask about DSA but you’re still in 4th year so focus on DSA too.
3: In my company it’s tough for fresher but I’ll let you know once we connect on LinkedIn. Try via LinkedIn or Naukri etc

One bonus tip apart from technical skills is focus on your soft skills like speaking skills(English language) because anyone can have tech knowledge but without this we get rejected 🙅 so focus on this too, prepare your good introduction!
