Thank you for uploading. I have a question. That blinking purple light on the top middle of the dash is able to be turn off? (I heard it keeps tracking on your eyes to make sure focusing on the road) or is it always on? Doesn't it bother you when you drive? I've driven X7 40i M sport once and thinking of purchasing one but would like to confirm if it can be on and off. Thanks in advance.
That's an infrared light to monitor attention level. You can't see them in person - only on video

Now that we've all seen the result of car designers run amok, the BMW X7 appears as a very handsome and luxurious vehicle. Wonder how many X7's are sold now to new owners fearing what the next facelift will bring? Good looking BMW's are selling fast, so better get yours before they're all gone.

It should be an option. I only get my cars from the automakers and what they give me is what they have available. Maybe ask your dealership?

Yep, there is no option for upgrading the base 205W audio system in 40i At this moment, the 40i is unbuyable for anyone who enjoys a good audio system.

Definitely not much body roll for a 3 row SUV. It feels very stable in corners.

Nope, the 40i only has the extremely lacking 205W Hi-Fi system with NO options to upgrade. If I were to ever upgrade my presnent X5 (with the mediocre audio system) I would definetly get an aftermarket audio boost. Currently, even the sub 30K SUVs have better audio system than the 40i.
i love the exterior but with bmws i feel its always missing something on the interior 🤷♂️

the only defect of this x7 2021 is the star- stop button is wrongfully installed near at the speed/comfort/eco button !, so imagine ur self driving at 80MPH and u accidently press the start stop button! then it messes up the TRANSMISSION! But I am still upgrading my X3 TO THIS!

Hey, I want to share something or say something. You shouldn't necessarily own an expensive car. You can handle a normal car with a price of € 30,000. For example, it's enough for me to rent an expensive car or dream car and travel with it for a few days. You can always change it, whenever you want too. But not if you have already bought it. Well in my opinion🤷🏽♂️
Miles also rents vehicles and drives them almost every day and is happy. He can choose every car he wants

Have you ever actually driven a modern BiTurbo I6 from BMW ? I can assure you that the powerband is very wide and it's decently fast. Not that you'd want such a big SUV to be fast but there's still plenty of power. The bigger 50i version has a V8
I wouldn’t own the N63 V8 bmw motor. Had it in the E71 X6 xDrive 50i, not again. Every week at the local repair shop, sadly. The car drove really nice, and was quite practical with good tech of its age. Just, the N63 V8 motor that was in it was graciously unreliable. But when it’s still under warranty and all, these bmws are a joy to own and drive.
I think the i6 is plenty. Nobody is gonna take it on track, these 3 row suvs go for long distance traveling by families.
