Was trying to replace it but wasn't able to take it off but no success.
Hi friend, the change of the variator is not a simple thing, you have to have a good equipment and also a tire gun with compressed air to unscrew the big nut that holds the pulley, then you have to have a torque wrench to tighten everything to 150 kg Newton .
Get it done by a professional because if you ever have to loosen the nut while the bike is in motion, it's big trouble, bye from Italy.

Hi max, do you install the torque spring (big spring) and clutch spring (small spring) together? May I know the engine respon after installing this multivar only if the clutch engage at higher rpm then the stock setting and do your top speed improve?

I have changed imap Malossi and vario Malossi ..it takes 202 km with gps ..it is true but i have no video of top speed i am sorry but believe me

@@rollingstone3017 Actually it makes the engine run higher RPM so I prefer now to just use a Dr Pully clutch and I'm good.

@@MaxTremo58 hi Max. You sad that you used 3 of 20gr and 3 of 12,5gr. But in the movie and also the Malossi variator that I bought, there are 8 rollers. You ment to say 4 and 4?

Salut max ,que me conseil tu en vario sur un c650sport 2017 ( j aime pas trop les moteurs qui geule ..)le meilleur compromis serait lequel ? peut tu me donner la taille de l'ecrou vario embrayage j'ai vu dans tes commentaires que tu donnais 150 k Newton pour le serrage vario j'ai vu sur différent forum 100 kg Newton ton avis ? merçi .
Secondo il mio punto di vista personale il miglior variatore in commercio è il Malossi, ho usato questo variatore per 15.000 km senza problemi, per le misure non so risponderti perchè io filmavo il mio amico meccanico che ha provveduto a sostituire il variatore, ma di più non so dirti, ciao dall'' Italia.
Ciao Max volevo chiedere il tuo parere personale tra il vario polini(semmai l'avessi montato o provato e con quali rulli) e quello malossi..
Cosa ne pensi della cinghia in kevlar della malossi abbinata al polini o al malossi?

Ciao Nicola, mi sono trovato bene col variatore Polini che ho tenuto per quasi 10.000 km, lo scooter cambia parecchio, sia in accelerazione che nella velocità massima, ma..........da quando ho montato il Kit Moscatelli step 3, beh che dire un altro pianeta: ho sostituito il parastrappi con uno fisso tanta è la potenza, la cinghia resta quella in kevlar da 80 €, il kit super alleggerito frizione variatore abbinato al J Costa : vola e va forte quasi come un GP 800 !

Io sto per effettuare il tagliando dei 20000 per cui vorrei provare per la prima volta un variatore commerciale diciamo a sto punto il polini(consigli tutti rulli da 22?)la molla di contrasto malossi e basta..
Per la cinghia mi consigli l'originale o quella della Malossi?
Poi resterebbe tutto originale con l'Akrapovic di serie che attualmente è senza db killer...

Noi mettiamo la metà dei rulli da 22 grammi e l' altra con una grammatura più piccola, circa 16, la molla deve restare quella bianca, la cinghia meglio Malossi.ciaooooooo
