Hi, the camera's humanoid detection can be affected by bugs or other humanoid-like objects. This is basically the case with civilian cameras. Only professional monitoring can accurately identify them, but the price is very expensive.
How come one of the Srhome Sh028 we bought 4 pcs one of them doesn’t have color on the night vision ? And can you tell me how to use the 2 way audio am overseas and l want to use the 2 way audio but don’t know how ? And that night vision is in black and white and the other 3 cctv are ok thanks
Hello, 1. Try to reset the camera to check if it can return to normal. 2. Try to cover the camera with a black cloth and observe whether the camera will switch automatically.
Hai, adakah anda menyambungkan SP028 melalui SriHomeAPP kami? Adakah anda mengatakan rakaman pengawasan adalah hitam dan putih? Sila letakkan kamera pada lampiran penghala untuk melihat sama ada skrin boleh dimuatkan. Kamera yang terlalu jauh dari penghala akan mengalami kesukaran memuatkan imej.

And secondly what you are talking about is not a zoom of your camera. If anything it's a close-up of my phone screen! :))) And I am not interested to see bigger pixels. Tenga en cuenta que cuando utilice una conexión WiFi, coloque la cámara junto al enrutador para no causar fallas en la conexión debido a una distancia demasiado lejana.
