Nguyen Song Quynh Nhu - A Vietnamese Mandolinist
Nhu showed an aptitude for the mandolin at the age of 4. Her teacher at kindergarten who was also a mandolin player found that Nhu could memorize music so well to play simple songs for children on a mandolin after a short time.
Nhu passed the entrance exam of the Ho Chi Minh city's Conservatory of Music when she turned 6.
So it's been 30 years since the first time she fell in love with the sound of mandolin.
Though mandolin is not popular in Vietnam, Nhu still has great passion for this instrument and want to connect with mandolin players all over the world.
