  • If you're a homeowner in San Francisco, you should receive a Notice of Assessed Value from the Office of the Assessor-Recorder in July every year.

    Mine says 0 for net assessed value in Alameda county. Should I call the office?

    But how much do you pay in property taxes each month based on this?

      You pay 1% of your property prop 13 value + bonds. It's due in two payments.
