Tracie, this is awesome! We don't normally do it like that, usually blend the fruits together with wine, rum and falernum then we place it in a bottle and pour more wine and drum on top. I love your way of soaking the fruits first with the wine then blend them. I learned another way today, awesome!!!!🙏❤❤

Also you can boil them First, Then blend it until smooth, then use it to bake with, it's a faster method, no soaking. That one is super delicious in cakes. Okay, that's great sis! @@seemagore2227 I used 2 Cups of this soaked fruit mixture To make a 6 inches round cake. I never weighed the cake but it should be about 1kg I will get back to you with the right measurements.
