Looking horrible made me feel even worse, which then made me wanna do even less for myself, which in turn made me feel worse. It's such a horrible cycle. It's time to break that cycle and treat myself like the queen I am again 🙏🏻

I keep a Brown coat,Black coat, flat boots, booties, uggs, great scarfs, and a few hats can all be dressed up or down depending on my shirt/jeans/joggers and jewelry(studs or hoops)
I think the reward you get from self care// beauty maintenance routines is mostly from taking time to pamper and take care of yourself rather than how you look. Like yes I also like feeling pretty, but the real reward is feeling put together because I’m putting effort into caring for myself.

I definitely want that palette but I don't wear makeup alot so didn't want to buy and waste. I never thought of wearing perfume while around house so may need to corporate that. Sundays are my reset days so I shave, exfoliate, and/or do a face mask, meal prep and figure out my outfit for Monday in order to prepare for the week. I started to do my eyebrows and mascara for everyday look. I go thru my closet every year and get rid of stuff I never wore throughout year so I can never have cluttered closet. My aesthetic is sporty and comfy. My go to is a baggy sweatpants with fitted top, big hoops, some sneakers, and purse.
