Could it be the channel name is not catchy enough e.g. something like Valerie Loves Barcelona might make you come up in searches better? Why do I say this? I saw your channel recommendation several times but never clicked on it because the channel name sounded like a generic AI-created channel. Maybe do some collaborations with other big Barcelona channels to boost audience reach?

Most of the stalls or restaurants you visited could be good but you do not put prices for each meal you have had. So what is the point of the video. Barcelona is quite expensive when it comes to eating and you did not put prices under each meal… sort of useless video.
