Too much taxes employee paying to govt but in case of layoffs govt should take that employees responsibility or make some rule. Because in private job is not permanent there is always been risky situations. Employee always been in fear of jobloss but govt is not making policy for private employee they should take some steps for employees wellbeing 😢
how can someone pay 39 thousand as income tax for 1 month by default you are in either in old or new tax regime and why would someone not save tax and just give it back to govt? something is fishy or very wrong
Bro Mine variable in around 3.5 lakh which 21 % of fixed. Bro I joined Accenture in feb 2024, in July they did not gave me variable pay saying u are pretty new. Will i get variable pay in December cycle. Also m i eligible for appraisal cycle ?

when someone declare investement but proof is not given in month of jan/feb then company deduct tax in month of feb/march. thatswhy it is so much.
