FAFO Bike Thief Gets Caught by Owner

FAFO Season is here! This time a Wandering BackPacker Decided to Steal one of the Bikes that was unattended by its owner. He messed up by Passing right in front of the Owner who Confronted him. As he tried to make a quick getaway across the street he was chased down by others who were in conversation with the Owner. So there was really no chance of him getting away!
I didn't know what was going on at first. When the smoke cleared I was able to ask questions to find out what really had happened!
