Contempt should be a high bar, and rather then a few day contempt charge, let him have to come back and if he doesn't, then you can get him for ignoring a court order, which is more serious. If he comes back and acts like it, then he can be jailed for a longer period based on the fact he's not just speaking in anger.

Soon as they say fiduciary, or starts spelling their name in all caps, the sovereign of the blah blah blah, my eyes start rolling so hard I almost snapped a wire.
One of the local judges is a longtime friend of mine. I saw him two days ago, and asked him if he ever got any sovereign citizens in his courtroom. He laughed, and said he's been getting some. He does not tolerate their nonsense at all, and when they start doing their sovcit act, he points to a door and says that door leads to the jail. More judges need to take control of their courtrooms like that.

America is a territory of the United States of America. Any crimes committed in a state are the jurisdictions of that court. (I watch court TV, and I have stayed at a holiday inn at one time). Being your own lawyer is simaler for me to be a pro golf instructor, aint going to work. I would rather have Jacki Childs from the Seinfeld show than this guy. I rest my case. They say that on court TV shows.

The Judge didn't say his ss # was attached to the charges but his # is connected to him to differentiate him from anyone who has the same name. There are several people in jerUSAlem who have the same name as me but we have different SS#'s and so it would be difficult to confuses me for them and vice versa. The funds in yer SS account are they for you when you 'qualify' for them when or if you become disabled or when you retire. ...and the old saying 'dont do the crime, you won't have to spend the time for due process
