REALLY??? We need to see a follow up video on this ASAP. I've seen several video were producers say you need to match up the a Capella's scale, with the chords you play scale.
@@MrSterlingfoster He is actually "following" the "scale" which actually in this case should be called key or tonality for this application, cause chords dont play scales cause scales are monotonic melodies. He isnt doing it by programming it if thats what you mean but he is def "matching up" the tonality/key of the acapella with the chords he played, it clearly sounds good. Music theory/playing an instrument + ear training will get you there too.
