Well explained. I tried this , it is very yummy. I did add 5 pudhina petals too. As she said, vegetables should be boiled for only one whistle, if not vegetables gets smashed. It’s a nice tip, I dint follow and vegetables got smashed. Thank you for the easy and tasteful recipe and tips.

I tried ur recipe today but I did few changes ... I boiled the veggies like u mentioned n in the pan of oil I added bayleaf small stick of cinnamon 1 clove n 1 cardamom 1 onion sliced 1 capsicum 1cup cauliflower n fried them in the oil n add boiled veggies.... apart from ur masala ... I saperately grinded soaked cashews handful n 1 tbs soaked ghusgus. It turned out really well ... I preapered it for apam n the combination was good as my plan for chicken stew got canceled due to martyrs day.

Full Recipe Ingredients Potato ½ cup Beans ½ cup Peas ½ cup Carrot ½ cup Turmeric powder ¼ tsp To grind Coconut ¼ cup Onion 1 Coriander leaves ¼ cup Ginger 1 inch Green chillies 6 Clove 1 Pepper 5 Cinnamon 1 inch Garlic 4 cloves Fried gram (puttani) - 2tbsp Seasoning Bay leaves 1 Curry leaves 5 to 6 Oil 2 tbsp Salt to taste Method Take 250ml water in pressure cooker , add all the 4 vegetables, salt, turmeric powder and 1 tsp oil and pressure cook for one whistle. Grind coconut, onion, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, cloves, pepper, cinnamon, garlic and puttani using little water to a fine paste. Keep this aside Place kadai on medium flame, add oil when hot add bay leave saute, now add the ground masala and curry leaves and cook to 10 minutes till the oil releases, now add the cooked vegetables adjust salt and water according to desired consistency and cook on low flame for five minutes. Serve with dosa, puri or sagu.
