Hello ma'am... Just made this today for lunch with Ragi dosa... It is indeed yummy, flavorful, aromatic and so healthy with goodness of proteins, fibers and a tad of carbs too.... Thanks a bunch ... Wishing you abundance all the way 🎉🎉🎉
Ma'am I made this for my lunch today with rice. Only thing is is fried the khada masala and the coconut before putting it with the coriander and then blended it all.
😂i once made like this without any instructions but with the some blind knowledge what I ate in a good parotta hotel once . It turned out delicious. Now i searched for correct way , thinking of something like Thickened version of salna with more veggies . I literally have no idea of difference between what curry made , salna , or kuruma or this
You don't add it and enjoy no? The recipe wouldn't have fallen for you. We dont have to follow their instructions true to the source, 100% in. Cooking is made to be open. Although i do agree, garlic doesn't belong in recipes just because it exists.
Thanks
Thankyou 😊💗

Is there any difference between white kurma and saghu
Which type of oil using
How do you cut all your veggies so perfectly? Would you recommend any particular chopper? Your recipes are awesome by the way.❤

Hi hema mam so timming dish
Have you tried it 😊
I add some millets in saagu
Hema garu is it dried coconut?
It's fresh coconut 🥥
Can it be done in cooker?
Sure you can
Request you to make small portions for just 2 people so the proportion is good for beginners….
You can cut down the portions to half if you are making for 2 people.
Sagu means?
Is it dired coconut
No raw coconut
Fresh coconut
It looks like kurma only, how does this differs from kurma ?
Greetings,
I seek forgiveness, but when I ate this in Malnad ie: shimoga it was sagu and when in Kerala it was Kurma,
The masala is a bit different and the taste varies a bit from kurma
😂i once made like this without any instructions but with the some blind knowledge what I ate in a good parotta hotel once . It turned out delicious. SORRY!!! this recipe falls flat on it's face the moment you add garlic to the masala.
You don't add it and enjoy no? The recipe wouldn't have fallen for you. We dont have to follow their instructions true to the source, 100% in. Cooking is made to be open.
Although i do agree, garlic doesn't belong in recipes just because it exists.
We add Garlic to grind Masala as it gives a sort of flavour to Sagu. Tq madem.
Noob
Hema, a stupid thought...I don't know which one makes me happy..... following and recreating your recipes or the squeal of delight when you taste.😂❤
For me it's both and mostly the flavours of the dish when I taste it a pure joy 💗😋 simple pleasures
