there is a huge lack of clarity on how the industry is going to handle, so I am watching and talking to agents around the country and individually talking to my clients about. I am a lender so will not control the outcome if this.

Unfortunately your manual underwrite rules would not allow me to move forward. If exceptions were allowed based on circumstance, I would have loved to move forward with you.
I’m wanting to buy a house around September. How do I get in touch with someone to see what I need to do to qualify. I know I’m on the lower side of credit score life, but I would love to know what I should do to get it where I need it to be.
@@JenniferBeeston do you include property taxes into VA monthly mortgage payments even though I qualify for property tax exemptions in my state and county.?
If you are 100% exempt we would not calculate it in the tax cost.. Some lenders do, we do not. Also we recently got rid of all our overlays so as long as your credit report or rental history has no lates in the last 12 months and you meet residual we should be good.
