Peace. I work for a small marine detailing company in milwaukee, WI and we started using the 2500 polish and 3500 polish and just started using the 400 heavy cut/gloss and the 300 heavy cut/gloss on accident due to a shipping mistake. I have to say these products when used right. Are the best I've ever used! Expensive but totally worth the end result. Every. Single. Time. Use it!

Well im start polishing here in Bali, and the result using your product @menzerna give such good briliant result. Easy to use for the beginner and valuable if we get use to polish. when you a lot of deep scratches please use the following process: 400- 3500 Power Lock (which pad ?)
If you have only medium cut scratches use: 2200- 3500 Power Lock (which pad ?)
And if your car only have hologramms and swirls: 3500 and Power Lock (which pad ?)

1. i have automobile paint shop. So even after newly painted panels we sometimes get dust on panels. Which product should we use for glossy
panel with clear dust removed surface ?? Also which pad ??

Dear Amanat, we have color coded pads, which are equal to the color on the lables of the polishes:
Heavy Cut: Red Pad or lambs wool
Medium Cut: Yellow pad
Finish: Green Pad
Protection: Blue Pad

Regarding your secound question: For removing the dust inclusions, you probably need to sand, and afterwards we would recommend the following process: 400 - 3800.

Hello, 300 and 400 are Multi Step Products. 1000 is only a heavy cut compound. Both combos are good. If you want to Save some Time, you can use the second one. Best regards your menzerna team

Is the menzerna 3 in 1 + power lock ultimate is good combination? and which pad i use for this combination?
Hello Nas, the 3 in 1 has a carnauba wax inside, which protects the car. If you apply power lock directly after 3in1, it would not adhere. We would recommend to use a medium cut Polish and a finish before power lock. For example the 2500 and 3800 followed by Power Lock. And keep in mind always clean probably with an alcohol spray (e.g. control Cleaner) before using power lock. 👍 best regards Your Menzerna Team

I have a car which was fully painted last year in a dark mettalic soft paint. Still after this time I have some slight swirls and some normal general use scratches. My guess is that heavy cuts like 300 are "no go" for this paint type. I was thinking about 2500 for the swirls/scratches/Marks and then 3500 + optional wax. Which route and pads do you recommend ?
Hello, yes exactly when you have some general use scratches to start with a medium cut Polish is a good Idea. The combination 2500 + 3500 is a good decision, as well. If you see after the first polishing tracks you need more power, you can switch to hcc400. But doesn't sounds like this is necessary. For the pads I would recommend our Medium Cut Foam pad and soft cut Foam pad for finishing. Best regards Your Menzerna Team 😊

- Option 1: HCC400 - SFP3800 - Power Lock (Sealant)
- Option 2: HCC400 - MCP2500 - SFP3800 - Power Lock (Sealant)
- if there are only medium cut sratches we would recommend start with a Medium Cut Polish:
MCP2500- SFP3800- Protection

I own 1000,2500,3500. If I want for testing, a little more cut than 2500 can I add 2 pea size drops from 1000 on the foam pad to “boost” the cut from 2500 a little bit?
Hello, we wouldn't recommend to mix different polishes. We would either work with harder pads. So if you would like to have more cut with 2500 you could use a hard pad (Heavy Cut Foam Pad) or Lambs wool to push the cut effect. Best regards Your Menzerna Team 😊
Before 3 years i bought menzerna super finish 3500 now its already expired ,is it safe to use

What do I use to remove my swirl Marks completely to ceramic coat it and what pad do you recommend to use after I wet sand my car with 3000 grit ?
Hello, to remove a grit 3000 we recommend you to use one of your Medium Polishes e.g. MCP2500 with a medium hard pad (yellow Menzerna Pad). Afterwards use our SFP3800 with soft pad (green Menzerna Pad) to get all holograms out. Before using a ceramic coating remove all residues form polishing by using an alcohol spay like Menzerna Control Cleaner. Best regards Your Menzerna Team

I'd like to buy Menzerna 400. Let me ask you a few questions before you buy it! The pad is intended as a microfiber pad. Is the combination of Menzerna 400 and microfiber pad okay? Menzerna 400 has a lot of oil, so pads get lumped. Is that right?
Yes, the combination 400 and microfiber is possible. 400 is a bit oilier than 300, but we never heard that the pads get lumped. Especially in combination with our pads, we never had that problem. Best regards Your Menzerna Team
If using the 400 compound, would I be effectively going back on myself by then using the 2200 medium cut? Because the video states that the 400 takes it to the finish stage the same as the green 3000+ range. I’ve just bought a bundle which came with 400, 2200, 3500 and then power lock ultimate protection. Should I use all these products to get a great snow car shine? Thanks very much I’m advance! Hello! I have a Fiat Grande Punto (Nero Provocatore) black colour. My paint is soft. Is it better to opt for the 1000 > 3500 or start from 400 and finish Sith 3500? I don’t want to go trough my paint or “overkill” it. What is the best combo? Thanks!
Hello, sorry for the late answer. How is the condition of the paint? It`s the right way to always don`t "overkill" it. We always recommend to use the weakest option. For soft paint we would recommend the following: If the condition of the paint is good (medium scratches), a medium cut polish with labs wool is enought. Afterwards use a finish (e.g. 3500). If you have deep scratches us the 400 and afterwards 3500. Best regards Your Menzerna Team
Can you jump from 400 and finish with a finisher pad with 3800 even if you use a wool pad for the 400 polisher? or would i need to do a pass with 2500 and a medium soft pad first?
Dear ZekeMagnum, if you use a wool pad and our 400, we would recommend to do the medium cut polish as well. If you using a foam pad no medium stage is necessary. In general we would recommend you to use a heavy cut foam pad. Often the cut is good enought, but depends for sure on the condition of the surface. Best regards Your Menzerna Team
Hi menzerna..iv got a golf mk5 gti (VW paint) have quite a few swirl marks that iv tried using Meguiars ultimate compound + ultimate polish,but nothing really happened so i stopped,just ordered your 400,would 3800 be a good choice after for that deep gloss? I’m very new to this game,iv got a good DA snd only ever done my bonnet (came out fine using Meguiars for some reason) but now wonna stay with menzerna and that seems to be in most body shops plus a few friends of mine use this,and can i use the meguires red cutting pad for the 400? And the meguires polishing pad for the 3800 ? Thank you,sorry this message was all over the place,hope you understand what it is I’m after
Dear Tony, thanks for your message. Hcc400 + SFP 3800 is a good combination. Please use a cutting pad with the 400 and a finishing/ soft pad with the 3800. We also have Menzerna pads. They match perfectly with our polishes. Please test your combination of meguiars pads and Menzerna Polishes on a small area, before polishing the whole car. Menzerna thank you for your reply,yes I’ll use the menzerna pads and iv got a spare bonnet to practice on,fingers crossed lol the meguires ultimate compound really isn’t what it was made out to be,was very disappointed giving the hype behind it,but now I’ve learnt about menzerna,and all the products you have,including finishing compounds,ect a hole bunch i didn’t even no you guys had
@@tonylyons1274 The worst thing about Meguiars compond and polish is that it is full of fillers and they dont advertise that. I tried it for a few panels after painting, the finish clear coat looked great after polishing but after a week the 2000 sanding scratches started to come back!! How can you do a good job if the product is masking the work and dont show the reality? because they make them so amateur people are happy with the outcome so they buy more product but in reality it is shitty. If you want good results, you must get german made products! Grüße.
Wich kind of pad should i use with heavy Cut 300? Foam? Whool? My sale rep seem to have no clue on that question 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ he give me the ''rupes coarse'' (white/Blue) but that ''combo'' give me few nithmare !!!
Dear Joselyn, whool or foam pad both is possible. We would recommend you our Heavy Cut Foam Pad (red one). Its specially designed for our Heavy Cut polishes. We don't have any experiences with this rupes pad. Best regards Your Menzerna Team

The Medium Cut Step after the 300 is not necessary. In general you can skip the 2500.
Will you sand before?
If you use P1500 for Sanding: 300- 3500
If you use P2000 for Sanding: 400 - 3500

Is it just me, or are these product numbers illogical and confusing? And I'm even a Menzerna user!
First of all, if you have any question, please contact us at any time. Logic: Heavy Cut Products are the first Step, so they begin with a 1. Medium Cut = second step, begins with a 2. Same on Finishing =3, Sealing = 4. the higher the number the finer the product. The Special Products like 400, 3in1... are not in this numbers logic. They are more steps products.
