You’ve for sure hit most of the right buttons for the sneaky reasons of anxiety.
    Some we don’t think about.
Some we cause because we don’t want to slow down, but don’t realize how fast we are going.
Thanks for sharing. I know I needed to hear this.

When I hit a different age I need different things. What you could take on in your 20’s is different from what you can take on now. I don’t care what our brain tells us. My brain still tells me I’m in my 30’s and should act like that. My body knows I am 53 and does its own thing. 😊

Yes! Do one thing at a time just like anything needs to be taken one step at a time. I saw a great reel earlier (for moms with kids) that stated you can't have all 3 of these at one time so you have to choose one at any given time:
    1. Being productive
    2. Being present and playful
    3. Resting and recharging

I love this. It’s not that you can’t have it all, but each one needs your full attention at any given moment to be “done well”. 🌟

I'm not surprised you felt bullied and anxious. That's a natural reaction when you are doing what's right but still getting in trouble, and you don't understand why. Crying is one way to let that horrible helpless feeling out.

I’m soooo glad you’re feeling better. I understand that high anxiety issue. I cared for or assisted caring for several close family members (including my dad)that were terminal plus my husband had serious issues at one point. All this was while working full time and my son went through a divorce. It was about 3 years straight of stress and my health really suffered! I’m very happy that you have sought help and are getting some relief❣️❣️I’m glad you are making time for yourself❣️. That’s something I have been doing too💜

Thank you for this. This is so timely, I’m at the mid point of a multi week sick leave for minor surgery but I’ve been on the go since finally being diagnosed ADHD officially just before COVID. Since then and being at home, I embarked on a new mission to be as productive as possible (hi, Atomic Habits and Dana K White!) and dive fully into minimalism while going through a full gut home Reno by ourselves and holding down a new full time job. End result = BURNOUT. Not so productive. The surgery was a good eye opener that my health is first and as always, as I learn to destress, I sit here with my cup of tea in Ontario and watch your video which is, on point as usual. 🥰👏🏻

My stress level has been off the chart as I have had no stove or cupboards for months. I continue to try and do it all. I’ve been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for many, many years. In fact I know as a child and teen I did have anxiety but it didn’t hit me hard until I was a mom in my 30’s. I was at my happiest and then was overcome with anxiety. Sometimes you don’t even know why or where it comes from. Then of course there are things that happen in our lives where it is more understandable. If you take on too much in your life it makes sense that the exhaustion is going to catch up with you. You have to take a step back and question how you can better care of yourself by cutting some things out of your life. I’m sure we all understand Robyn’s feelings and will continue to support her.❤️🙏

I get down when I realize my AH. And I can't do what I used to do for the years ago. When I was 15 years old, I was making 6 loads of bread a day by hand having it rise on the top of my wood stove. Baking it in the oven of the woodstow and in between the days I would make homemade cream pops, homemade pies, homemade cakes. Apple pies that were made from the apples from Apple orchard and I And I would also Can all the peaches and all the apple sauce and on top of that? I would sole my own dresses at the age of fifteen. And I would go out to the garden and pick all the organic vegetables everyday day, I had something to do and I learned all this at 15 years old so now I look back and I've got this thing in my head. Oh I want to make homemade bread, i want to make some pies and want to do this? I want to do that and I started off and I say I can't do this anymore. And it's so frustrating and I have to get out of the house and forget about what I could do and deal with what I can do now. And when I see young girls in their 20s and they don't even know how to make homemade stew. Or they don't know how to make soup like I did when I was young, I say to myself. Why you haven't they learned how to do that. Not a lot of people are like that. But a lot of people I know they prefer going to fast food restaurants because it's easier or they Rather go pick up a pizza.

The UA-cam issue is separate from being overcommitted and stressed. If you are overcommitted, definitely retreat and regroup.
I think it's terrible and separate from being overcommitted that you were mistreated by that company and, I am assuming, you haven't reached a satisfactory resolution with that Goliath. In that case, I would contribute less to UA-cam and focus on your other more positive and productive projects. That's a completely reasonable and smart response to being mistreated regardless of being overcommitted.
    I wish the best.

    I am a perfectionist, and I suffer from a d d.
My son has an IQ of 150.
He takes Adderall once in a while to help him. Get focused when he needs to accomplish something that day.
He doesn't take it every day.
For me I have to take vyvance.
It helps my brain focus. But I don't take it every day only on a day when I know I have to get something done.
Both of us use the lowest dose because we don't want to get addicted.
So what I will do is take half the dose of vivance in the morning and within an hour. I'm starting to feel like my brain it's Organized.
If I don't take this, what happens? Is it feels like my brain has a mixed up puzzle out of it and when I take the medication? I'll send the puzzle pieces. Come together and I can accomplish about three times then without it.
I don't get distracted. I can do something and not have something else come to my mind.
I will go in to the bathroom and start cleaning. And then I'll end up going into the living room and start vacuuming. And then I'll go into the kitchen and I'll start doing the dishes. I will not stay with one thing at a time, and it's so frustrating.
But with vyvance I can go into the bathroom, clean it all out, and stay with it. I'm finished. Then go to the living And stay with that until I'm finished. And then when i'm finished I'll go into the kitchen and finish that. So like accomplish so much in the morning.
