hows the contact for the paddle. I have the 6.5L version (plastic build) and the paddle hsa large gaps from the sides ..so any small recipes constantly need folding.

Got a bit gap also, if small portion I think need to fold by hand also. Unless big portion no need to fold.

@@syiqayd so far everything are ok, no problem at all, i bought it last year july. made bread twice a week from last year until now, but max flour only 500g. can consider KT7600 if your flour more than 500g.

Yes, max capacity for dry flour is 800g and water 500g.

Sampai ke bawah tak bila pakai whisk ni n bila uli dough goyang tak badan mixer ni

Whisk tidak dapat sampai ke bawah, biasanya saya letak sehelai kain di bawah bowl jika bilangan telur bawah 3 biji.
Apabila uli dough saya hanya guna max speed 5 sahaja, sedikit goyang badan mixer, tak banyak goyang, boleh tahan jika banding dgn mixer yg lain, motor mixer ini tak bising, sangat senyap.
