मैं सेंट्रल बैंक में 11 वर्ष से सर्विस कर रहा हूं मैं दोनों हाथ दोनों पैर और पीठ aur कान से 70% दिव्यांग हूं। मेरी दिव्यांगता पहले से बहुत अधिक बढ़ गई है जिसके कारण मेरी पीठ और घुटनों में बहुत अधिक दर्द होता है तथा मेरे ब्लैडर में भी प्रॉब्लम हो गई है इस कारण मेरे लिए अब सर्विस करना संभव नहीं हो पा रहा है। मैं एनपीएस के अंतर्गत आता हूं। क्या मैं 10 वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण करने के बाद VRS ले सकता हूं? अगर हां तो मुझे पेंशन और ग्रेच्युटी कितनी मिलेगी?

As per Rule 26(4)(iii) of the CCS (Pension) Rules, a person is allowed to resume duty as a result of permission to withdraw the resignation if the period of absence from the duty between the date on which the resignation became effective and the date on which the person is allowed to resume duty, is not more than 90 days. However, Right to withdraw a request is not absolute or unconditional.

If a Government servant takes Voluntary retirement and his GPF payment delayed in two months whether gpf interest paid to dalyed period. ( in voluntary retirement case gpf can not be stop .
If I apply for an earned leave application and 30 days of leave is granted after that I apply for an extension but the same application is rejected and on the same day I apply for voluntary retirement department orders me to join till a decision to voluntarily retire is taken by the concern administrative dept. ....

महोदय, यदि वेतन संबंधी कोई याचिका मा0 न्यायालय में चल रही है वेतन संबंधी वसूली पर मा0 न्यायालय द्वारा स्थगित किया हुआ है अभी कोई अंतिम निर्णय नही हो पाया है तारीखे लग रही हैं।
यदि उपरोक्त परिस्तिथि में कर्मचारी स्वेच्छिक सेवा निवृत्ति ले लेता है तो क्या मा0 न्यायालय में योजित की गई याचिका निस्तारित होने तक उस कर्मचारी को पेंसन स्वीकृत/भुगतान नही की जायेगी ?

Yes, you can go abroad for 5 days. Only limitation is that you can not avail any EOL during the notice period.

30/6/2015 complete my 25years services and i received racp. Only increas gp 4600 from 4200 . I want to know only gp increase or basic . I received ₹16190 basic with 4200gp from July 2014 that is my annually increment after that I received ₹16810 July 2015 my annual increment under 6th pay cpc .

Sir govt. Employee suspend hua ho aur use us period ke liye minor penalty impose Hui ho toh Kya ye suspension period pension calculation ke liye qualify count hoga ya nh?
I should me mentioned in the penalty order that how this suspension period will be treated. Dies-Non or Spent on duty. Dies Non period will not be counted for pensionary benefits
Minor penalty impose means recovery from his pay of the whole or part of any pecuniary loss...
