This is the best video explaining the requirements for an Accredited Employer. It is easy to see why some migrants are scammed by some employers. Lack of English skills when signing employment contracts and perhaps too trusting of their own nationality if same as employer. Wish you could explain to migrants that Vistor Visa is not converted to Work Visa, this visa, is separate. Also true cost of work visa if sourced from overseas .

Good day sir. I was sent a job check and invitation to apply for an AEWV. I misunderstood the expiry date of the token and when I was ready to submit the submit button was disabled. Who do I contact in this regard to reactivate the token so I can submit the application? Can you assist?

INZ says 10 working days.
I have two questions
My employer is waiting for job check (green list) approval, i was worried he applied on 21st Aug 2023, stilll not yet approved. HR told it will be get by this week. Usually it will take maximum 10 days, why so long? Is it any reason.
2) once it is approved it is better to apply work visa or stright to residence visa, which is better? Pls advise and i may take your service for complete process.

No, it's a token that is issued by INZ to the employer and the employer forwards it to the migrant worker they want to hire.
