Dear Praveer, The simple answer would be "NO,". What you have described are two different skill indicators under which one can claim points. For master's, 5 points can be claimed and for the $60 wage rate, 4 points can be claimed. One cannot combine the skill indicators. You can only claim points from 1 of the skill indicators.
