fantastic ....i really missed my city....omggg.....iranian s food.....i ve not been home since 7 years....i reminds me home...my childhood.tnx for upolading it...keep it up
I love the food in Iran. Went there 3 times in my life and I know I will go there again. Just started to cook different kind of the specialities at home, but it cant never taste like there. If someone goes pls try strawberry juice with pistacio and icecream. That was a super combination:-)
If you love food go to Iran. If you love luxury food go to Iran. If you love sandwiches and hearty soups, go to Iran and if you love pastry go to Iran. Viva IRAN.
Iranians look like good people. I wish the different cultures and governments could just get along as good as the beautiful people that populate our great countries do.
@MrNaryal Iranians have accents depending on what part of the nation they're from. Every province and even cities have their own kind of accents, even the Persian speaking one's. Thougn the Northern Tehran accent is being adapted amongst most of the youth now a days.
I mean south tehran accent is also as common among youth as northern tehran accent, northern tehran accent is you tryna be polite and nice, south tehran accent is you tryna be caring and demanding, but all stereotypes aside, even in tehran the accent varies in different regions, regardless of it being in south or north, for example in south tehran shoosh accent is a little bit different than nazi abad accent, or in north tehran vanak accent is different from qeytarieh accent
So2murad; LAMO, I am Iranian and I think I am supposed to take insult to what you said, but honestly I laughed my bottom end off after reading your comment. The white liquid is called "kashk" which I don't think westerners are familiar with but it is made of milk and is one level passed the yogurt stage (curd is the closest thing I can think of to "kashk"). The green stuff is fried dried-vegetables (predominantly mint) in oil which is not really very healthy, but extremely delicious with kashk.
For a western country person like you is no trouble at all. I recommend you to go to Iran, specially go to Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz, Yazd and Tabriz. You also can visit Caspian sea and the cities around it in Iran. The food is delicious and mouth watering. Th best time to go to Iran is April, May and September and October. You can apply for E-VISA as I heard and saw on the news. It is good to contact Iranian Embassy in your country for more information about Visa.
@tongvaboy Paris?! Paris is clean and has no smog like Tehran. Dont even mention the the traffic. There are some similarities though, like both the parisians and tehranis have smelly pits, specially in the summer.
Good documentry, and Iranian food is truly one of THE BESt in the world. But why don't they just speak farsi in this documentry with the words being translated.
if you went up to someone and asked what they're eating, they'd give you a one-word answer, or not even answer you at all, and wait for you to leave. in Iran, you could go up to a random person, and they'd offer you food and candy. that's the difference.
Wow, this is good stuff. I especially like Ashe Reshteh. It's funny how this guy sais that he knows the name of this dish cause it;s popular there LOL. Hello? Isn't he Iranian? Ashe Reshthe is their national dish so it;s no surprise he knows the name IMAO
i would love to go iran and one friend of mine, an iranian who lives in germany, invited me, but im a little bit afraid that i get arrested from the police. i mean wouldnt start a riot or engage in a political way, but a year ago there was one fisher from germany who fished in the persian golf and he was arrested because maybe crossed the border. and they keep him in jail till the german government paid some money for him. but i would love to get to know the food and people
