Nice 37! I've found 8 silver quarters so far this year, 1943 the oldest. 24 Ws! Can't believe the amount.... actually found 8 of them in one box from Brinks! I did sell an entire roll of Ws on eBay last week for $600( actually 550 offer) I took, just circulated Ws ..great video again. It is the kill, not just the thrill of the chase!
Ws are getting so tough for me to find... but if I recall you are doing pretty crazy volume. I might do 1 to 2 boxes of quarters a week. Usually just 1. Ws are actually worth a lot more than silver these days.
Oh man, my palms are itching ! I'm going to ask them for a box next week. The conundrum, I want a box of both halves and quarters. You find tons of 2021s Crossing the Delaware and Tuskegee Airmen, which I keep the latter. I can almost tell the date of any quarter just by it's feel and look.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge writing the errors down . You have a source or maybe some type of list what newer coin errors and years to look for ?
It's a good hunt when you find an early Washington.I finally was able to get the Whitman Parks quarter album. They made the holes too big,all the coins fell out.I also pucked up the woman's album.I'm afaid to fill it having the couns fall out of it.Oh well maybe they made a Dansco album for both.
They do. Whitman makes really nice albums too and they can be a bit cheaper. I would shop Amazon, Wizard Coin Supply, and ebay. I have been stalking Dansco albums on ebay and trying to pick them up for $20-$33 a piece. They are worth it if you are collecting. Just did a video on 3 albums I got on ebay if you haven't seen it.
Great hunt! On the more recent American Women quarter errors, are there only errors from the Philly mint? I’ve only found 1 dye chip from Philly on a Wilma quarter but most of my coins are from Denver as I’m located in Memphis. Any thoughts?
Congratulations on finding a silver quarter bummer that it was wore down I haven't found any silver lately and congrats on finding die chips quarters thanks for sharing GA silver hunter
First thing I do is send pictures to some trusted sources to get their opinion and will often ask an opinion from my local coin shop. If you are certain you have something new or interesting, VarietyVista.com has a very inexpensive authentication service that they offer. The more expensive route is to send your coin off to PCGS, NGC or ANACS for professional certification. With these companies though count on a coin grading, especially for a variety to run $30 or more per coin.
I had four of them temporarily. What's your idea on how they occur? When I first started collecting quarters, I thought I had hit the Mother Lode. I have some that have rims actually folded or forged back onto the planchet. I'm getting way more familiar with what to collect, as far as mint errors go. Just reading MegaRed, Cherrypicker and Strike it Rich fills in a lot of blanks and confusion.
I was referring to the quarters you opened, during the video on the box of customer wrapped rolls. There were some quarters you had set aside that were very beat up. I have about a half of tube full and I'm dying to get rid of them because I thought they were error coins when I first started searching quarter rolls. So thank you buddy
You mentioned on the 2021 Philadelphia that you have not received a full crown error yet? I am in Michigan and have found 11 of them now in the last eight months. Must have to do with where you’re located?
@@GASilverHunter I got into coin roll hunting thanks to you! I enjoy the heck out of it. I can send you a full crown. Nothing like finding them on your own though, but can send it to you out of appreciation for starting me in this cool hobby.
I would never say no to a cool error! Feel free to send me one. I would really appreciate it. Address is on my About page or in the description of all my videos. Awesome to hear that I inspired others and you enjoy it as much as I do!
I sent the Full Crown out. You should probably receive it tomorrow or Monday. Could you please let me know when you get it? I did not put tracking on it. Thanks again for your commitment to your channel.

Very nice '37. My earliest was a '43-D. Don't Stop Believing! Ag is out there.
Make sure to check out my next half dollar hunt!
@@GASilverHunter I will do that. I'm going Friday and pick up some rolls myself .

I don't other than what's in my head. I haven't made a good full review of my checklist in some time. I need to do that one of these days.
Very nice GA, love the silver quarter!
Thanks DJR! I was just so happy to find one. Its been months and months since my last silver quarter find.

Very cool find, well done!
Thanks! Keep an eye out for my next Half Dollar Hunt!
Congratulations on the 27👍👍❤️
Thanks Granville! Think there is a typo in there but I know what you meant. :)

The majority of them are on the Philly. I find very rare D minted die chips and other errors.

Even the worn ones.... I will take. Thanks for watching!
You're welcome and yea I take to I just found a 1909 liberty v nickel in a nickel roll at work today Don't hardly find them
My last quarter hunt i got 3 dye chips and 3 W quarters I haven't gotten a silver yet! (at least in quarters)
W's are better than silver for resale today. Something special about finding silver though.
Can I ask, if you think you’ve found a new die chip on a quarter , what is the first step to take? Thanks for your input. I love your searches.

I just picked some up this morning before work! Hope I score
Good luck to you!

Very possibly. I have found a handful of half crowns and lots of smaller die chips... but the full crown evades me.

Question - have you found any macro lenses for your digital microscope? Thank you for the video!
Never looked... so no.

On Edith Kanaka'ole, there is a die clash on obverse with Edith in hair of George
Yep... I look for it sometimes... its not on my document though. Should probably add it.
