Constructive criticism here hosts. Your questioning needs to improve, let the guest speak, they’re the ones the audience want to listen to. Know your guest as well. Learn about them before they pop in because it’ll make your questioning easy & comfortable. If you watch it back you’ll see on more than one occasion the lady (interviewer) try to explain what the gentleman was trying to ask (cougar question was necessary). Well, this is quite a compelling story for someone who needs to be understood on her own terms and not as someone's else's ex-girlfriend. But what's up with single, but not available?
Don't sweat the numbers too much, especially subscibers. Not all your views will be from fans of the show. Fan of content doesn't mean fan of show. Some of us watch several videos a day so we can't subscibe to every single channel that has a video we watched. Also remember the people you interview have their own fans so they won't subscribe to every channel that features or interviews the person they support. Your numbers are good, especially considering this is all organic growth. Views will always outnumber subscriptions and "Part 2" will always be outdone by "Part 1" because people have short attention spans. They don't care about the same thing this week they cared about last week. You won't get there overnight but if you need a sign of encouragement this is it. You're on the right track.
