I'd suggest writing the "ADD" below the card. I know editing might be more difficult, but it's hard to read the text of the card. just my two cents. good video. thanks.
You guys straight up make the best commander content on the platform. So much information, so compact, and the back and forth to back it all up. Very grateful for you guys uploading everyday
Whats actually pretty crazy when you look through this deck list is, how many of these cards are actually in the leinore precon from midnight hunt. You could do a really good budget version of this list, that would still punch pretty close to the power level this deck achieves just due to the general quality of cards in this deck that are not expensive. Turns out, human tribal, really good archetype that can be reasonably high power for little to nothing in terms of monetary cost.
Given the choice between the 3 of Innistrad's new GW Human tribal commanders of Torens, Katilda, and Sigarda, I'd say Katilda is my favorite. The ability to use all your creatures to play more creatures, which allows you to play even MORE creatures, is just the best.
I've played different versions of my GW Leinore precon recently. I had a very tuned Kyler that was super fun to play, but I've since turned it into a 100 euro budget Sigarda, Champion of the Light deck that is also extremely dependable and fun to play. Sigarda's ability to refill your hand with humans and sift through cards you don't need is really, really strong. With 38 + humans you almost never whiff on her ability. I can see Torens being an insane commander aswell, and also Katilda. The most fun part about this deck is how you can switch between Kyler, Sigarda, Katilda, Torens AND Leinore as your commander and keep most of the deck intact. I of course run all of them in my Sigarda version of the deck.
I can see the cut for cemetery protector for Torrens. It is pretty solid in Kyler. Being a human itself, and making more humans to buff the board is pretty sweet!
Dawnbringer Cleric might be cool for this deck, it only removes enchantments but also can remove a card in a graveyard, and only costs 2 mana oh and it's a human in your humans deck
I feel like ive been down on exotic orchard. In a two color deck ive gotten 1 or 0 of my colors two many times. In which case id rather have a basic. On the other hand ive been up on bounce lands for landfall, white ramp, securring land drops and bounce back mdfcs and channel lands
With the +1 counter theme I'd run herald of war. The angel part is irrelevant but it affects human casting cost also. I only cut it from my human tribal because it doesn't involve counters
Hey guys! Just an idea, for your shorts: Use them as a chance to highlight new cards that would work well in previously done deck techs. Like the new white creature cards in Capenna for Torens, Fist of the Angels deck.*
I know it's not on theme at all, but.... human tribal... you're in green.... Kogla, hard not to want to throw him in. Especially with all those cheap to cast humans with ETB's, plus your commander benefiting from re-casting your creatures. I think Kogla, while off-theme, is a powerhouse in a human tribal deck.
I suggest that you add a price below the card in question, especially adds. If this is too time consuming in post I understand, so just keep up the good work!
Since tokens are a huge part of this deck, take a look at Path of Discovery. It feeds into the +1/+1 counter theme as well. When you drop something like Call the Coppercoats, you get a ton of Explore triggers.
Yep Ozolith has continued to increase in price.... also I knew you were going to add in one or more of the Abzan outlast creatures, those are so perfect for this theme
As a recent "coming back to Magic" person, I love your videos. As a Deadhead, I love your shirt, Cherries. Think this through with me Let me know your mind Whoa, oh, what I want to know Is are you kind? Love your content both of you. Peace, love, and the other stuff.
Friend of mine plays cats for flavor and uses Felidar retreat, and I remember one time I commented nearly the same thing that it was doing WORK and actually ended up being the target of a disenchant
I think harvest season would be great here for a ton of ramp. Especially when running Katilda in this deck just to dump out basics out of your deck so you don’t draw them.
i like to add arcane signet to my green decks because it diversifies ramp. I love all the one mana dorks but they can still get destroyed by board wipes so i try to diversify my ramp with arcane signet/sol ring and the land ramp cards
What about ulvenwald oddity yes 7 mana to transform is too much but the flavor is badass lol and it’s somewhat practical gives all your creatures trample haste and +1/+1
Best ramp in the format (that is not reserved list) is imo: 1. Mana crypt 2. Sol ring 3. Natures lore 4. Three visits 5. Birds of paradise 6. Arcane signet We've had this discussion before but I cannot see a reason why you wouldn't play arcame signet. Is vandalblast that common in your meta?
Hey nerds! I went to my first commander night even though I've played for a while, and found out that either my decks completely suck, or was I just outclassed. Any advice?
Most people don't play budget. A lot of channels to budget deck techs and people think that budget is going to be common but it's pretty rare. You'll have to spend probably $200 to have a deck not suck. Look for deck making videos that don't have a budget construction, then try to make a more budget version (instead of 500, like 200).
@@TheJimmyplant yeah my decks are actually 250/300, my issue is that I took out powerful cards for fun cards but it didn't fit the "meta" of the playgroup
I love my Torrens deck, but I didn’t make it tribal. More good stuff creatures. I didn’t see it on the list, Pridemalkin is cat that gives all creatures with +1 counters trample. 👌🏽
Dear Nerds, I do not know every single card in existence by heart. Could you please consider putting the text 'CUT' and 'ADD' underneath the cards instead of over it so I can read them better?
I'd suggest writing the "ADD" below the card. I know editing might be more difficult, but it's hard to read the text of the card. just my two cents. good video. thanks.
Or you can just learn every card in existence like we other Mtg players do ;)
I second that🙋🏽♂️
Yes! Please move your add/cut Text lower!
You guys straight up make the best commander content on the platform. So much information, so compact, and the back and forth to back it all up. Very grateful for you guys uploading everyday
Literally thought today might be the day we miss one, glad to be wrong haha. Thanks again for the daily content!
I was worried for them!
Same! Lol

I really like Torens. He’s an absolute monster in my kyler deck
Same! 😁
Pir Imaginative Rascal is hardened scales on a body. A human body :D

I’m literally in the process of building a tire a deck. This video came at a great time loo
Was getting a little scared there. Glad to see you made it! :)
Nice tune up! @joe, if you have difficulty with tribal; try playing the exact opposite of a tribal deck with My good friend, Volo guide to monsters.
Dawnbringer Cleric might be cool for this deck, it only removes enchantments but also can remove a card in a graveyard, and only costs 2 mana

Love these tune ups

As someone whose most invested in deck is Kyler, I am watching this human tribal tech closely. =)
I suggest that you add a price below the card in question, especially adds. If this is too time consuming in post I understand, so just keep up the good work!
But this deck does look interesting and I hope it inspires people to build their own Torens decks
man I was sad I missed this but after seeing it in sad the way you guys made it, stuff like ironroot and Adeline ensure your training triggers....
Since tokens are a huge part of this deck, take a look at Path of Discovery. It feeds into the +1/+1 counter theme as well. When you drop something like Call the Coppercoats, you get a ton of Explore triggers.

One of my favorite ramp spells. 3 mana get 5-10 basics is insane
loving the be kind shirt
The Rock voice: *FINALLY THE NERDS HAVE UPLOADED A VIDEO!!!!*
11:32 I was waiting for the Champion. It's a human that combos with counters AND tokens.
Beezy how does your OCD feel about how they are completing the triome cycle?
Buy invitation only is an auto include for any go wide deck ESPECIALLY a token deck like this
i like to add arcane signet to my green decks because it diversifies ramp. I love all the one mana dorks but they can still get destroyed by board wipes so i try to diversify my ramp with arcane signet/sol ring and the land ramp cards
I would rather just play Rampant growth in most cases
NEW NITPICKING NERDS VIDEO!
A card I love is Dillagant farm hand wich is a human AND a ramp spell
What about ulvenwald oddity yes 7 mana to transform is too much but the flavor is badass lol and it’s somewhat practical gives all your creatures trample haste and +1/+1
Second Harvest would be a great card in this too.
Where do you guys stand on Somberwald Sage?
nice RTMM shirt beezy, great video as always boys
Any reason why you wouldnt add Augur of Autumn? Human, that lets you play lands and cast creatures off the top of your library.
Every once in a while I'll find myself thinking "I can't believe the Nerds are adding this card!" then I realize they're cutting it not adding it haha
You got in under the wire, but that was cutting it close. ;-)
Keep up the great work, wish I could afford that tier, but alas I work a simple fast food job.
Best ramp in the format (that is not reserved list) is imo:
1. Mana crypt
2. Sol ring
3. Natures lore
4. Three visits
5. Birds of paradise
6. Arcane signet
We've had this discussion before but I cannot see a reason why you wouldn't play arcame signet. Is vandalblast that common in your meta?
I know this is On a budget but would a doubling season or a Anointed Procession be a good add to this deck?
This is for sure a doubling season deck!
Knight tribal is actually pretty good. I see a sub theme that could really work here. But too bad the commander isn't one.
Can you guys make a budget version of this? :0 love the videos keep up the great work!
Regulers: Money
The Nerds:Ma-knee
Oh no cutting sigarda’s summons is a big mistake! I play a counter deck and it’s an all star - despite having craterhoof and some other wincons.
Hey nerds! I went to my first commander night even though I've played for a while, and found out that either my decks completely suck, or was I just outclassed. Any advice?

Little surprised no Oketra's Monument
Different Trevor but thanks for the deck tech
I love my Torrens deck, but I didn’t make it tribal. More good stuff creatures. I didn’t see it on the list, Pridemalkin is cat that gives all creatures with +1 counters trample. 👌🏽
Has this deck been updated since? On Moxfield it’s way over $100
I'd add in an infinite combo with Aluren and Whitemane Lion.
Iv always wanted to build Torens seems like a fun token deck but with Jetmir announced im gonna build naya tokens.
Not sure about nature's lore and three visits are great in Torens vs a couple more mana dorks. Think about the synergy!
Beezy, I've been staring you down for weeks trying to see if there's a commander Black Box behind you?
I run this commander and it's almost too hard to keep track of. I typically don't play it anymore because it's too good.
That's what I immediately thought. Cool card but too much for me to keep track of.
Skipped adding Cathars Crusade to Kyler only because I didn't want to deal with the book keeping.
The counters combos?
Decklist from Moxfield is broken. Do you guys have a proper link?
So could you just ditch the humans theme and go +1 +1 counters and creatures?
Dear Nerds, I do not know every single card in existence by heart. Could you please consider putting the text 'CUT' and 'ADD' underneath the cards instead of over it so I can read them better?
RIP Disclaimer Guy
I miss that guy.
Aura Shards!!
Love your daily content. Every. Day.
now do a lathiel deck :)
Ahhhhh
