Your second studying strategy works best for me.
    1. Study the answers in one section of the General, Airframe or Powerplant book.
    2. After studying one section, I go to prepare app and take the practice test for that section.
    3. If I get above a 90 for that section, I move on to the next section. If I dont get above a 90, I go back to step 1 to study more.
Got my rotor wing private pilot license that way and it worked for me. Now I'm trying to get my A&P. Thank you man. Keep up the good work!

I got my A&P in April 2022, this is an introduction to aviation, School prepares you to work on heavy jets and prepares you to take the test. General aviation you will use most of it, but for the most of it, the company will ALWAYS teach you to do it their way. The book is nothing like the test, thats bullshit, you will see questions you NEVER EVER seen before, those questions will be common sense type questions so be logical in your decision making and keep in mind, the test will always be different the next time you take, the question bank for the test is getting larger and they are adding helicopters to it...Im glad I got done when I did, if you are testing hold on you will pop your top...

I read half of it and has been since last August lol. Aircraft fabrication section was a BITCH but the rest of the book has beern smooth sailing so far. Now the instructor calls and says hey we switching to ASA and now I'm like man I've read more than half of the book but I did see where jeppesen explains things the hard way on a lot of their subjects. I'm ordering the ASA tonight but I need to know what book you have in the class before I do. Actually that's how I found your channel searching for the book they use in class. If it's like an aerodynamic book talking about the plane and the sections of the planes and how they fly I may be ok because I've done that in ground school when I was studying for my private pilots licence. I got sooo many books man lol. I may already have it but the cover needs to look the same for me to feel comfortable lol. Anyways great job I been watching your videos and I'm seeing growth. What’s the score needed to pass the exam? I’m thinking of doing self-learning with online resources. I want to get into aviation, I’ve been applying for aircraft mechanic apprenticeships. But many of them require experience or a a&p license. Which I’m confused about, because it’s an entry level/apprentice beginner role, how would I already have experience or my a&p license? The process is annoying, I might just give up on applying at this point.

you wont be able to just take the test to get it. while avionics experience is good, it doesn't prepare you in the FAA's eyes to work on airframe nor powerplant. if you don't want to go to school for it, you have to get yourself in an apprenticeship type of agreement with an aviation employer where they sign off on your on the job experience and say your qualify to take such and such exam. it's a longer way to go about like 24 months or something. if you go to school, its only 18 months.

@@jddaza6297 I would focus on the subject codes you got wrong and work in those areas and It would help if you can visually think back to the ones you did struggle on the actually test and gain more knowledge to answering it correctly next time around. GOOD LUCK!
