*Awesome product! Great quality feel **enjoyable.fishing** recommend it’s light yet extremely sturdy and well built. Will definitely recommend. Already placing a second order!*
Great video great camera angles and description is by far the best have seen it has been a while since I have had to fillet a lemon some and after watching a lot of others this is most definately the best 2 thumbs up for me fish is best served the bone anyway flavour and meat is on the bone so should always be aye on the bone inner caveman love meat on bone
its amazing how much meat you lose from one bad cut at the start, on any fish really. I cringe when my mates hack at a fish or try to be quick. by the time its skinned and boned there is just a jagged, thin tatty mess. take a little more time to do it right and the speed will come. Need to try one of these knives. I could watch you fillet fish all day. its like a samurai
I would like to get your feed back on other species we may share in New Zealand that you would like to see, I would also appreciate your likes and comments.
Thank you to all our international viewers watching our video's and welcome, if you have any photo's or video's you would like to share, I will be upgrading my website soon and would love some of your species that you have captured on video or camera, you can email dean@knifetechnz.co.nz
I'm not sure your negative comments are warranted, as this is just another way of filleting and skinning and I definitely wasn't preaching this way. However I do look forward to you sending me your video on how it's done that's not a joke, as I'm always keen to learn new ways myself, which will benefit others as well, so please send me a link to your video.

Brently your to kind, thank you for your comments, I will keep an eye out for your order
It’s very interesting that the fillets are so delicate, they could damage. I watched 5 videos and they made skinning look so easy!
Luv the sharp knife, makes it so easy. Nothing worse then a blunt knife.
I work as a fish cutter in Nova Scotia. I can't wait to try this method of skinning the sole fish for fun.
Thank u for this. I found sole in the asian market n been dying to try this fish.
Very nice and presice presentation . I think I ll be able to prepare my first sole myself :) .Thank you sir!
My favourite fish by far. One the most delicate taste.

Thanks Kate, hope it goes well for you, using a mesh glove helps a lot with gripping the skin
