Yeah I'll be real, I have a hard time justifying Phase Rush on Gragas. Perhaps I'm low elo trash but I go First Strike most of the time.

​@NikosTsoup rod of ages is best mage mythic in game. 600 health, 600 mana, 100 AP, and 5 ability haste per legendary. For the low low price of 2800.
Rod of ages into Rylais is +1000 health. Gotta throw in a lich bane 2nd or 3rd. You get damage and health this way which is excellent on a melee mage, like gragas or nidalee or Elise
