- Zed and Katarina currently have really good winrates for being "Difficult champions" for non-onetricks. Both having really high winrates as well made me skeptical, are these champions just OP right now?

To continue the start of the video where my train of thought was interrupted by laning -> Zed and Katarina are 'Hard Champs' that normally require lots of games to learn how to win on. Both Katarina and Zed though have REALLY HIGH PLAYRATES with a GOOD WINRATE (51.5%) right now, so are there just a bunch of one tricks... Or Zed and Katarina are not as bad as one tricks explain them to be.

I think Zed is harder than Katarina by a large margin, but difficulty depends on the person too. Some champs click easier with some people than others. That said it's easier to screw up on Zed, between the ult timing and managing shadows and energy.
He even has positive winrate with 10% pickrate in low elo. Zhonya nerf was a huge buff for him
@@LutraLovegood and I think katarina is 1000% harder so yeah i guess like you said, everybody has certain champs that click for them
I am grateful i read this comment before i got to that part of the video. Im also grateful you explained what you were doing after doing it. Hope you never feel like you have to speak or have someone speaking in order to have engagement. Sometimes silence is powerful and shows things someone constantly commentating might brush over.

I wanna get back into ranked so I hope you make more Lillia vids! I'm struggling on what runes to use for each match, there are lots of options for every roles that seem perfectly fine or viable but doing the math is another story.

Assassins and difficulty is something you cannot say in the same sentence since 2018
the fact you can get that KDA in a grandmaster game while fail playing many instances means the champ is beyond broken. I just hate his point and click ultimate, other than that he is fine.
Yes IMO. He has extreme mobility, poke, burst, AND is manaless. He's hard to play, sure, but in return he gets so much of everything.

Zed was made to be skilled champ and he should be hitting Qs to actually do damage in ult, but you dont even need to hit your Qs, u just need to ult and press e, myb one aa and your target is dead. Unbalanced af, he should be high risk - high reward but he's actually low risk, and u dont even need to be mechanicaly good at the game to perform good on Zed.
Played against 5 zeds in the last day, doing the exact same build and runes and tbh vex renders them useless xd This works only for the people who are good like pekin or hardcore zed mains but hey, free lp for the enemy mid if you're not one of those two

You should try crit zed. Bit difficult to pull off but does a lot of fun
ppl usually Zonya when the zed ult pop the second damage cuz thats way more than the other abilities
The pop damage is based on the damage he does before it. Zhongying the ult prevent both instances of damage not just the pop.
@@In_Space after checking, it seems if you zhonya, the ult will get cancelled. So it's good to zhonya immediately after zed ult to cancel it. although you could pull of some trick like when zed thought he finished you with ult and walked away, then you press zhonya to trick him and stay alive

This is my issue with Zed. He can miss EVERY shurken but it doesn't matter he kills you anyways. Perma banned in my games.
Then you or ur team do smth wrong my guy. Zeds aa does more dmg than his e. So basically (if not crit zed) You should always be able to punish a zed for not lading triple q or 1 at all

But since he has such a fucking shitty landing phase it is very rare for him to be in that state.
Try playing zed in damion plus see how much fun you will have "one shotting" people when you can barely cs in lane...
He is the most fun and balanced assassins at least when you compare him to others.

The higher you rise in the ELO the less you see mele assassins in general (the one exception being akali) and now zed with his improved winrate that is yet to be explained.
For the past several patches mele assassins were kinda dead in high elo.

Because he has future's market, you can see when he buys he goes negative. You can buy earlier that way, but it costs you 50 gold "interest" every time you do that

When playing Zed you should never underestimate the flash+basic+e finisher combo. You missed your kills for this, several times.
I barely saw him use AA+e combo tbh

zed. is busted. You press R and do an absurd amount of damage, thats why its not just one tricks winning on an assassin. NO other champion (to my knowledge) cn last hit with an ability on repeat either, thats how busted his laning phase is. And no assassin can push in waves that safely. He's so busted its disgusting but riot doesn't care
At 19:30 i think you could actually kill graves. I mean a you are not a zed main so it is hard to see.
The thing is level 2 ultimate plus a triple Q deal a FUCKTON of damage like insane amounts that even despite the frozen heart he would die to it plus ignite.
It hinges on you hitting all Qs and weaving a few auto attacks but it was definitely doable especially since graves does not have his stacked armor with E.
But hitting a triple Q against a challenger graves as someone who just picked zed up would be a miracle.
