Manufacturing Thunderbolt Headlight bracket | R-NineT Scrambler EP. 6

This is the 6th video about building a BMW R-NineT Scrambler on which I developed some stock parts.

I just put the koso headlight into the original bucket. It even hides the resisros I had to use with my oem h4 set up. Nice work though.

I bought this set for my 2015 roadster, but I'm having some issues. In this video you specifically write 'Scrambler', but on your website and ClassicBike you don't specify a model. Well, the installation of the bracket on the Roadster forks encounters space limitations. I tried with the lowest position, but I think the problem is the same with the highest position too.
The vertical brackets of the bracket hit the bottom plate of the forks, causing the headlight to remain pointed too low. I believe that the solution is to build spacers of even just 1 cm to place between the bracket plate and the attachment point of the motorbike.

You can select the version in our store ( Euro 3 and Euro 4 ) and your model, the Roadster ( upside down fork ) and the Racer have a bracket with which the headlight sits a little further in front of the fork.
In the highest setting, however, it should also work with the Roadster ( not with the Racer )

It works on all RnineTs up to the Euro5 model (from 2021 until now).
For the Euro 4 models ( 2016 until end of 2020 ) we have an electronic module which is simply plugged in between, so that there are no error messages in the speedometer.

Looks very much like aluminum.
Maybe 3.3535 (EN AW 5754).

Je suis d'accord avec toi, c'est trop, UA-cam place les publicités de son propre chef, sauf si je change la fréquence après la mise en ligne de la vidéo, ce que j'ai oublié de faire pour celle-ci, mais cela vient d'être fait, merci de l'avoir signalé.
