I have been interviewing basement contractors and nobody wants to use mini excavators. They tell me1) the weight of a machine can damage an already compromised basement wall. 2) The chance of damaging a house is very high with a machine. and 3)many municipalities have restrictions on excavators. Maybe that's all BS, I don't know. But America is all about liability today so I figure that damage to the house is the overriding concern.
Great job!
How many times must you return to add soil when the soil compacts from rain and shrinks into the stone?
Looks great. Did I miss where it drains to? Is it pumped?
Question. Where the water from pipe goes?
Cement used around sewage pipe going into cider blocks in basement
Cuando cobran para ese trabajo?
how much did that cost??????
Best question..
Almost 17k
scarlet overkill
Looks great except for that black corrogated peforated pipe. Should have used pvc perforated pipe.
Why digg by hand?? I would just rent a mini digger.

Tipe of cement used to go around sewer pipe going through basement wall must be water proof
