For future pronunciation the ch is pronounced as in church
As you saw, they can include pretty much any style - this one is very much on the progressive end and comes from their recent album "W" released in July.
A recommendation for a next listen really depends on what you'd like to hear! Most popular requests are likely to be "Mindset" or "I wish I." If you want to stick with live then "The Come up chapter", "Lonely Mart" or "Live Every Moment" are other recent live videos from the same album.

The rule of thumb that I've found with Gacharic Spin is that if you don't think they can do a certain style it's either because:
A: You just haven't heard that song yet.
B: They haven't gotten around to making that song yet.
The songs suggested by Homegnome are good next steps. I'll just throw in some of the older ones with the same lineup.

Try "Mindset" next. That's the song that opened MY eyes.
Actually, they all sing lead except the bass player, and she provides backing and "other" vocals. They have more fun and have more energy than any other band I've ever seen and I'm 65.

Great introduction to another one of Japan's extremely talented all female bands. Gacharic Spin has become one of my favorites. Somehow they are able to put a variety of music genres into their song writing blender and what comes out is pure Gacharic Spin, a unique sound like no other. My introduction was the live version of "Mindset" (Gacharic Spin MindSet (Live at EX THEATER ROPPONGI on June 20th, 2021) and when it was finished I literally thought "WTF did I just listen to" with a smile on my face. This song is more of a funky rock with jazz undertones.

Both the vocalists you heard here can do harsh vocals. The keyboardist and the other guitarist also do lead vocals. Best though is their vocal work, when they all sing together (not really showcased on this one). They definitely do whatever they feel like doing, so don't be surprised, if the next song sounds like a different band altogether (some like that, some don't).
I hope you follow some of the recommendations from other comments and enjoy more of their work :)

I think its kind of fruitless to peg Gacharic Spin to any genre, as they are all over the map! I agree with the suggestions of homegnome and equim for your next reactions. As for pronunciation I go with "gotcha rick" Spin. I met them and saw their only US show this year in August in Houston. They are absolutely fantastic live.

Gacharic Spin is in my opinion the best rock band around today. They play all styles of rock and infuse it with pop, prog, jazz, metal and more!

Gacharic Spin are very hard to nail down genre wise
Excellent musicians playing whatever they feel like really, they do have a more metal focused side project called DOLL$BOXX
No shortage of incredible live footage, I always love seeing people watch "ハンティングサマー(Hunting Summer) / Gacharic Spin", or "Ganbanba Dancer(ガンバンバダンサー) (Live) - Gacharic Spin"
I also suggest a 3 song live video from DOLL$BOXX: "DOLL$BOXX - Shout Down / Karakuri Town / 世界はきっと愛を知ってるんだ" Longer but well worth it

It seems no one has written the novel re lineup changes yet, it can be daunting. Simplified: bass, lead guitar, and keys have remained since each started (founder, 3months later 2009, 3years later 2012) and the singing guitarist plays any instrument and was primarily their drummer until 2019. In 2019 they brought on 2 new members: this drummer (approximately 10 years younger, and a subsequent maternal leave confused many fans) and this “mic performer” who was scouted at a junior year high school talent show (so now 21; but was only 17 in dvd of 10th anniversary 2019 show, less than a year after first contact)
“Love Switch” however is from 2016’s dvd, when the core 4 members had no front person so they used 2 teenaged “performers” as all around entertainers, from keys, percussion, backing vocals, costumes, skits, gags, choreography, and just all around hype, think cheerleaders?, but full band members (the band self proclaimed “we run on 17year old power” ?!😜🤷‍♂️)
My favorite clip is live 2015 “Broken Lover”, perhaps the most aggressive flamboyant & punkish, with stripping whilst standing on keyboard, total crowd mesmerization, flinging guitars, a snuck in death growl(drummer), and headbanging (one of the two performers is same as in 2016, the other one was swapped out)
