Kayak Fishing Biscayne Bay

Kayak fishing in Biscayne Bay on 04/30/2014. Catching sea trout all day!!! Got my limit in no time... Was a little windy and choppy and scared a lot of people to stay home.. All the fish for me!! Camera died on me.. Ended up catching over 15 sea trout and a bunch of small mangrove snappers.
Sea trout in my area (South East Region) have to be 15-20 inches and aloud 1 over 20 inches and 4 total bag.
