Skiing Marmolada Glacier and Arabba - Dolomiti Superski - Italy

The Marmolada, Queen of the Dolomites.
"La Bellunese" piste goes from Punta Rocca (3.270 mt.) down to Malga Ciapela in 12 km.
Besides the wonderful scenery on the Dolomites, Marmolada offers a valued history museum of the First World War.
Arabba
Surrounded by the most beautiful mountains of the Dolomites, there is the Livinallongo valley, with its most important centre, Arabba, overshadowed by the imposing Group of the Sella mountains.
Heart of the Dolomites, at 1602 meters of altitude, Arabba is one of the most charismatic villages in this range of mountains.
Arabba is part of one of the most spectacular and attractive ski area in the world: the Sellaronda, which is, with its 40 km of slopes, the important link for the 4 surrounding Dolomite passes: Campolongo, Gardena, Sella and Pordoi. It's easy to reach, on skis, the popular ski runs of Portavescovo and Marmolada (3269 m).
The white Arabba with its 62 km of perfectly snow - covered slopes and 31 modern lifts is one of the most famous destination of the "Dolomiti Superski".

We just did that early in the morning. So that we wouldn't be bored for the rest of the day, we took the cable car to the top of Marmolada and we skied down once again on the groomed pistes 😉
