Mint car. Bringing back my 99 sh from the dead 10 years later. Can’t wait for this summer when it’s back on the road. Prelude for life. Keep up the videos. There aren’t enough prelude videos out there.
Just picked up a 1990 Honda Prelude Automatic silver in color with black interior. It will be a project car for me to pass it on to my son. Your's look Fantastic though. GR8 JOB..
I had a 96 for about 8 years over a decade ago. I loved that car, but I always wanted an 01 in electron blue. Kinda miss my old car. Keep working on your car, I'd like to see where it's an in a year or two.
Super dope I got a 98 prelude it’s the best car I’ve ever owned I’m completely in love with it keep up the good work I’m thinking bout doing a vid on my car also. #Preludelifestyle
My prelude looks soooo similar to yours! I just bought some type sh rims for it (mine is a type se) and after those go on and I get the lower fog lights and the jdm badge mine will be almost a copy of yours exterior wise lol
Hey bro. First off, nice build. I know this is an old post and you've might have already answered the question, but where you get that mid rise spoiler. I'm determined to find one. Thanks.
hey bro, just want to say great job on the video and i hope you achieve all the goals you've set out for yourself in this. if you don't mind me mentioning just to make your videos that one step extra in terms of quality. jump on ebay and grab yourself a lttle mic you can clip to your shift that onnects to your phone. then when you're recording the videos also record your voice on the voice memoes of your phone and then sync them together during post editing before you upload. little things like that can make the difference in becoming big time youtube channel and staying on the low end. and we NEED more prelude guys in the high end youtube care scene. so yeah hope that helps. keep up the great work bro. i subbed so looking forward to your content. Peace, salaam alaikum
Good advice OTD. I have an 01 Lude myself but not sure how many people would be interested in seeing it since it's an automatic transmission. If I do make a video though I'll remember to use a mic
That's a very clean Prelude with a lot of rare JDM parts. I will have to say mate the prelude is suffering with bumper sag very common problem easy fix.
I had bought a 98 prelude brand new in 98. Ill never forget the drive home. Such a great car. Did 130 mph and still had 1100 rpm left to redline and power peak. Biggest flaws for me were how hard and uncomfy the seats were and also I fdont know what it is, but most of these cars incl yours has a drooping front bumper cover. That gap between the bumper cover and the fenders and grill are so annoying.
@@thekrimsonchin6023 During the roughly year and a half I owned it it had been keyed on the rear quarter panel by my gf ex, and then bodyshop didnt repair it to a high standard. Then I hit a deer, and the shop didnt repair it to a high standard and from then on it had the drooping front bunper like the one in the video. So I lost the love for it I guess. I traded it in and its unfortunate because it was a great car.
@@乙乇尺-l8g check the light and see what the code is and go from there. It’s probably the oil pressure sensor. But if you have regular check engine lights on it will never work either
my ocd cant handle the front bumper alinment at the start of the vid, please sort it and make your lude 100% perfect, stunning prelude you have there. Never sell as they are timeless cars and one of last great hondas
Nice. Better if it wasn’t lowered. They SH was a gimmicky expensive option that really didn’t do much if anything for handling. The SH package made clutch replacement a 14 hour MISERABLE job! A clutch job can be up to 4000.00! Cool cars that didn’t sell very well.
Very nice! I have a ‘97 that I’ve had for 22 years. Got 324K miles on it.
I've owned my 2001 SH since 2005, 2nd owner, never bored of it, can't see myself giving her up any time soon.

Bringing back your prelude would be perfect! They’re definitely becoming more rare to have now days.
Damn that interior color combo with the white paint is just perfect!
Still have mine! Bought it 11 years ago with 24K on the clock. Stored every winter as well.
Beautiful car brother, i got a 95 4th gen. They're great cars.

Thanks a lot. I’ll be focusing on it again
@@iits_t Thank you really enjoyed your video. You have a lot of good ideas.

Beautiful build!
I have a 1980 a first gen prelude and I love looking at the last generation vs mine and they still kept a few designs details from the original
bro that's a clean prelude i can't to see more about this car
The interior is awesome. -Neal
I'd definitely like to see a drive around!
Give me a dollar for every time he says "I got the..."

AMAZING!
This car is the bane of my existence. This car walked me AFTER 80MPH in my turbo toyota up to 130 with me not making any ground. Damn you!
Thanks bro. The spoiler I found it in a online prelude forum in 2015. I would look at eBay or Facebook prelude forums

Once you drive a prelude it’s hard to not love it! You should definitely make a video on your prelude!
Those sill plates and that type S spoiler! I want those for mine, but I'm cheap.
not a type S spoiler. I had mine installed from dealer at purchase time for 395 in 98.
81k miles!!! Omg so mint!! I just took mine to 220k miles

Dope ride man. Always loved this year ludes. Definitely a clean ride. You really don't see these anymore on the road.
Thank you 🙏🏽 The prelude is a hidden gem in the Honda community, which is why I will be posting more content about my build.
Honda just trademarked the Prelude few days ago, they might bring it back!
That’ll be big
would love to see some runs in it. looks great hope my prelude will run soon
Fresh!
Where’d you get your ATTS emblem?
Found it online a while ago
The 2017 accord sport wheels would look dope 👌
Nice prelude.
Wow great car. You have the cargo net, can you show us how it mounts ?
Thank you
I mounted it using the trunk carpet pins located on top of the the tail lights.

The bumper sag was inevitable

Nice Prelude in 10yrs! I have 94 Accord for 20yrs. I almost bought 01 Prelude a like your but sold it out to someday, suck.
I’ve been looking for the s spec spoiler forever, where’d you get it?
I bought it from some guy in San Diego about 5 years ago. Found him on the prelude forums
Not a Type S spoiler. I had mine installed from dealer at purchase for 395 in 98
I want the type-s intake and type-s sill covers :s
What version came with a rear sun shade. Someone also took out my rear window wiper motor :(
The rear sunshade was a jdm option for the prelude. Very hard to find now days
Keep making videos bro.
Omg I need a type sh engine so bad.
Where did you get the back seat from. From which car because mine has that plastic in the middle seat.
This is from Japan. The SiR preludes came with it. You can get lucky and find them on eBay
Put some wheel spacers on it to get a flush look with the stock wheels. Less than $100 and it will look good until you buy new wheels and tires.
Where did you get the carbon fiber interior trim?
Before they sold out back in the day I was able to purchase online
Just bought a 97 prelude two weeks ago, how did you make the interior red ?
Bought it online. Got it imported from Japan
@@iits_t the interior came red when you purchased it then?
@@joelbarboza141 no I upgraded the interior to the jdm SiR

What rear spoiler is that?? Car its clean
S-spec mid rise wing

Check out LVIGarage if you ever wanna do some work to the engine. Dude rebuilds a h22 engine from bare block to install in that color too it’s sick

Id be happy to own a prelude if it wasn't an awful base model with a gay auto lol
great looking car but a lowered white prelude with silver rims definelty isnt unique lol
it doesent madder if it isnt unique, the owner has to like it, no one else

I always say. If it's not a stick, it's not fun.
