Since you don’t have friends (shocker) you might not know this but… friends are supposed to know you and your interests and things you enjoy will probably come up in conversation so they usually get you things you will want to use or enjoy. It’s also common in friends groups to simply share a wishlist. Either way, your attitude will probably not make people want to gift you anything regardless so you’re probably safe.
