I’ve had the same exact issue with the quality of the fender arcs/shafts. I’ve even tested almost every nut in bag with each post and came to find it’s definitely the threads and not the nuts as the nuts (after testing) still threaded perfectly fine to other bolts they are used for. This put a halt on my building. Kind of upsetting.
I’ve ordered another 10 hoping they are machined correctly.. so waiting on parts.. I went ahead and ordered just about all the options as well being I’m on hold so it’s a waiting game now untill then I enjoy watching your progress.. awesome work.
@charliebrown6094 I think I've also got all the nessasary option parts except for the front suspension add on. The drive shaft and shocks are a must. It really improves the model a lot.
this r.c should have come with motor and micro servo because there very small an micro servo is way to big. what do they recommend to use. they should have part numbers to order the extras
There are full parts list and numbers in the manual in case you need to purchase them saperately. There are also sellers in Aliexpress that sells parts individually. As for recommended electronics the sellers do sell them as a bundle so you van easily pick and choose your options. Experience builders can source them saperately.
Today i finished part 8 of bag A of this kit. Only killed one screw with one nut atm. Very nice kit. But its a very skilled one.

Yea, I agree with you. It's the shafts quality that is off. I'm further down on the build and the nuts held up fine for the rest of the screws.
