Yes, if there is sediment left in the tank, it should be washed off, you can use a solvent or specialized means.

where do you buy oil filter cup socket 76/14-F? I just bought 76/14 and it does not fit :( also one 76/14 F on amazon looks like the on I have just bought, but different to the one in the video... such a mess, typical Renault!

It is 76/12. It has 12 flutes.

Can the oil filter be removed with a utility with just a strap?

Yes, you can remove the filter using a tool that only has a belt.
