RAHH THIS SOUNDS SO GOOODDDDDDDDDD!!! im not a professional or anything but i really love your voice and your strong vibrato!!! i hope to be this good one day 😭😭
thank you so much!! I'm sure you didn't 😭 I don't take lessons (I think I might start to though) but I find that my vocals got much much stronger after trying opera and teaching myself to use my upper register lots more since I always used to just belt and strain my voice.
That's a high quality performance! For a laywoman like me, good as any stage performance I've seen :). A few suggestions though. Sometimes when you sing the lines it can be a bit difficult to make out the words. I'm really not sure if it's your recording device just cutting out on some sounds (it sounds a bit like an issue with the recording device), or if it's the uniqueness of your pronunciation (stemming from accent for one) or if you just need to pronounce the words a bit more clearly. But it's a rather minor problem :). The other thing, I think in this cover at least, you performed the song quite well, but I get the sense that you were trying to perfectly imitate the original recording that you were basing off. I think you could alter the way you sing the lines a bit, add more of yourself and your interpretation and personality into them. Make it be your take on the song and the character, because I think your personality gives you the capability to make the performance be much more unique this way!
thank you so much for the suggestions!! The recording device is just an iPhone so, unfortunately, it isn't great because I think it gives out a bit haha, I think it's easier to hear the words with quieter songs because my phone can handle it 😂 just don't have a mic yet 😔 and that's definitely a good recommendation! I do think I have the original in my head a lot so subconsciously try to copy it but next time I'll see what kind of flair I can add :) thank you!

@@eleanorscovers I could understand that. When I sing the phantom of the opera for more than 30 seconds I feel like my larynx is melting😂😭
